Just returned from a warm welcoming hotel at Sandpipers Guest House, very well located one minute off the shopping centre, hotel very clean, bedding pristine, excellent value for money will definitely be returning. Just one minute from the beach, thank you for lovey warm welcome. The owner made sure there was plenty of tea & coffee in the room, thanks... More

A lovely friendly homely hotel, for the price we paid we were shocked at the quality of the room, we had a lovely view, I would say it's 30 seconds walk to the bench, not even a stones throw away. Very close to Chruchill Sqaure, a lovely shopping centre which is ideal as were able just to drop our goodies... More

The room wasn't exactly clean, the furniture was old, dusty and falling apart and the ceiling had damp patches. We had a sea view but the... More

Very good location near the sea and the centre of town. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. The room was basic, but fine for the price. There was no breakfast but there are plenty of very nice cafes nearby.

I've stayed at Sandpiper for almost 3 weeks with my girlfriend and had a nice experience. The room was tidy and had a small terrace - we are smokers so we had the possibility to stay outside. The place is very near to local shops and seafront and we were glad we found Philip (the Owner) and his wife, two... More

Fantastic location - very close to shops, bars, pavilion, pier. Basic accommodation but clean - you get what you pay for and cheap price for Brighton / location. No breakfast but plenty of places nearby to eat.

Just a 2 or 3 minute walk from the seafront and from town this place is in the perfect location. At £30 per person per night the price was simply unbeatable at the time we booked. The place was clean but outdated, however you do get what you pay for and for such a cheap price I wasn't expecting anything... More
