We stayed over the bank holiday weekend. The owner was very accommodating from when we arrived on the fri evening even changing the room to make it easier for myself. We will be using it again in the near future

Just a 2 or 3 minute walk from the seafront and from town this place is in the perfect location. At £30 per person per night the price was simply unbeatable at the time we booked. The place was clean but outdated, however you do get what you pay for and for such a cheap price I wasn't expecting anything... More

My mother just spent here 3 weeks visiting me and she couldn't have ended up finding a better place. The room was very big with a nice patio and it shared the bathroom with only one more room. The place was clean and the atmosphere warm. The location is great as it's literally one minute away from Churchill square and... More

The location couldn't be better, i could see the sea from my window, and the room was tidy, clean and quiet big. More the polite the owner that waited for us till half past... More

I stayed there twice with my girlfriend and it couldn't be better. The owner is lovely and really friendly. I stayed in two diferent bedrooms and both were realy clean and tidy. Moreover, the price and the location were perfect(1). For me it's definitly the best place to stay in Brighton, and I know that I'll go there again.. :)

Reviews are a bit mixed on this one; I guess it depends on what you expect. Sandpiper is a reasonably priced accommodation with a very nice owner. I stay here a couple of times a year, when visiting Brighton with friends. The landlord always makes us feel very welcome. The place is clean and safe and the location is perfect.... More

This is the type of guest house in an English seaside resort that survives entirely on the basis of its location, about two minutes walk from the seafront. In all other aspects it reminded me of a run-down bedsit. The owner was friendly enough but I couldn't say it was worth the money we paid, or at least only worth... More

Turned up in Brighton with three friends yesterday and were offered us the two basement rooms for £25 pp. This was perfect because we had the communal bathroom to ourselves and pretty sure we didn't bother anyone coming in at two in the morning. location was brilliant, sea view from the front door and only a short walk from the... There appears to be some mixed reviews of this guesthouse. I actually had a very positive experience. We booked to stay here for a Friday and Saturday night at the last minute, and the price was the cheapest we had found on the visitbrighton website. I was very pleasantly surprised by the ease of checking in - we paid upfront... More
