I stayed at the Granville Hotel from Tuesday to Friday (August 26-29). Having used this venue in the past to run training courses, this was the first time that I stayed at the hotel for the duration of the 3 day course. In the past, I have always received a genuinely warm welcome and attentive service from the staff as... More

Booked the granville as we was going to see lee evans and wanted somewhere close by and what a good choice it was. Stayed in a twin which unfortunately is not sea facing but was a lovely room.only downside I'd say was the shower was quite small and no where to put shower gel and stuff.was nice to have an... More

My boyfriend and myself booked here for our anniversary in July. From the outset we had a lovely stay - reception staff were wonderfully polite at all times, our room (Japanese room) had a lovely view from the big bay windows. was tidy and well maintained, and overall the area and location was perfect for a little sightseeing and shops.... Stayed here for the night in order to see Lee Evans. The idea of choosing your own personalized room is a brilliant bonus to staying anywhere. We stayed in the Mrs Fitzherbert. The room was spotless and had everything you would expect at the price we were paying. The only downside was the toilet flushing. If it had been flushed,... More

This is our third time staying at the Granville. We have always found it to be a nice place for a mini break to Brighton. It's perfectly situated on the sea front just down by the old West pier. We always choose the same room which has a sea view and a Jacuzzi. We did have a small issue with... More

My boyfriend and I chose to come to brighton on the spur of the moment. We opted for the Granville as it had the four poster we required at a reasonable price. We stayed in the Pavilion room and it was a dream. The bathroom with jacuzzi was spotless and loads of fun. The view of the west pier from... More

This is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. I know it's an old building but still... bumps, thumps, noise from the restaurant below. Every sound made by every passer by gets through the poorly fitted windows. I also have no idea why people think metal bed frames (in this case a 4 poster bed) are a good idea. Every... More

Another excellent stay. Conveniently located and very well run as always. Many thanks to all the attentive and helpful employees. Always our hotel of choice when visiting Brighton. If you're looking for a place to stay right on the seafront, close to the Brighton centre this is an excellent choice. Breakfast is one of the best we've experienced at any... More

Me and my finance recently stayed at the Granville for 2 nights mid July for my Birthday. We stayed in the Black Rock Room. The pictures do not do the room justice one bit! The room is great. It's very large, with a great bed, excellent sea view and a fantastic jacuzzi bath in the bathroom. It looks like the... More

Stayed here early July for two nights, easy to find, we parked at Regency Square car park which was less than a five minute walk from the hotel. We stayed in the Brighton Belle room and we found it to be clean and fairly spacious; the bathroom had a large walk in shower which was a bonus. We ate breakfast... More
