Stayed here early July for two nights, easy to find, we parked at Regency Square car park which was less than a five minute walk from the hotel. We stayed in the Brighton Belle room and we found it to be clean and fairly spacious; the bathroom had a large walk in shower which was a bonus. We ate breakfast... More

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights in July and I chose this hotel because it was so highly rated here on TripAdvisor. I would have liked to have seen what some of the other hotels were like that were rated worse than this one as I didn't think this one was anything special really. It wasn't bad... More

We chose based on the reviews and images on web site and we were a little disappointed. The room was a little shabby and the bathroom poor. There are good views from the sea view rooms which are temporally spoilt by the building work on the sea front. Would be worth the reviews if more attention was spent to decor... More

I would say three and a half stars. I was in Brighton with my spouse for a conference. Hotels in the area are a bit pricey but the Granville offered a good rate. We stayed in the Palace Pier rooms for two nights. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Hotel does need a bit of sprucing up - the... More

So my boyfriend and I ended up at the Granville unexpectedly. We were all packed and setting off for our holiday in Norfolk when our original cottage accommodation rang and cancelled on us. With two dogs in tow I thought damn that's it; our holiday is over. I quickly thought up some dog friendly places that would be good for... More

Had a 3 night stay here in July with my mum. Staff from reception to the restaurant were excellent, friendly and attentive. Our twin room "Brighton Belle" was clean and tidy, although it does need a lick of paint. Both single beds were comfortable but unsteady: they rocked from side to side when sat on or when turning in bed... More

A very comfortable stay in the Sussex room. Although we didn't spend time in Brighton over the weekend, the hotel is only 15 minutes walk to the station. We spent the weekend at Love Supreme, jazz festival and as shuttle buses ran from Brighton station we found this hotel in a very good location. I will definitely come back. Not... More

I booked this hotel for my partner's birthday weekend as I specifically wanted a two person jacuzzi in the room to surprise him. I had read reviews on here before I booked and took the chance as some reviews have been negative. The jacuzzi was huge! And would easily fit three people. The Black Rock room had only recently been... More

Slightly quirky but fun hotel ... Stayed in West Pier room, great view, comfy four poster bed, and a jacuzzi bath... A little noisy but you are on the seafront in summer, so expect a few drunken hens and stags passing by at 4am... Location is great for exploring central Brighton and ten minute walk from rail station. Smokey's had... More

By far one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in the UK, and very affordable. The staff were lovely, the rooms were nicely fitted out and the hotel is on the beachfront, walking distance from everything. Breakfast was worth every penny. I would highly recommend this hotel.
