Its a good position , the staff are very helpful
it just needs a make over.
The breakfast was hot and fresh, the car parking is well priced for Brighton.
Rooms clean and beds very comfortable.
If it had been warmer weather a sea swim would be a great start to the day

Stayed here for a hen do, I was very concerned when I checked on street view what it looked like. The outside looks very run down, however that was really the only issue. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, big and had everything you could need.

This hotel does not deserve its 4* status. Dull, dinghy, lacking in any sort of atmosphere, old fashioned in a bad way. Most appalling of all are the staff, the receptionist 'Justina' was the rudest I have ever encountered and seemed to over-rule the Duty Manager who was wearing an old zip up woolly!!
Don't stay there.
