Stayed at this hotel June 12 and 13th, 2009. Check in was smooth and easy, and Chris at the front desk offered to carry my suitcase up one flight of stairs so I accepted. We had room 174 at the top of the stairs. The room had 2 double beds. The decor was bare bones, a flat screen tv with... more

Me and my boyfriend Stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend for an anniversary. And we found it a wonderfull stay. We were put in the room closest to the front door so we did have the trouble of hearing people coming in late at night and stomping around. The room was imaculate. The bathroom was very clean. The... more

The room was decorated to a high standard very modern. But not worth the £100.00 per night price tag. They have a vending machine for tea & coffee these were free. If you wanted Orange Juice, Tomato Juice or Hot chocolate these were 50p. My husband drinks black coffee & black Tea these were not available at all. Would tell... more

arrived new years eve, room freezing cold, we were given a small heater to heat room, no shower curtain or slip mat, no phone, kettle, or mini fridge in room, ok we only paid £85 but im sure we can find a more appropriate hotel in brighton for that price. well over priced. more

The hotel was inexpensive (£100 for a Saturday night) and they accomodated us for just the 1 night, whereas most places in the area only allow a 2 night booking. It is located on the same classy square as some of Brighton's top rated hotels (Hotel Una, Pelirocco) and is only a short walk to the Pier and bars/clubs. There... more

This so called boutique hotel was over-priced for what was provided. First impression was good, nice reception, but it did not stretch as far as the room. Many of the other reports are a bit old, so I guess it may have changed hands and successive owners have done little, but reduce services and increase prices £100 for 1 nights... more

Topps Hotel is very expensive for what you get - and the new management seem to have no idea what they are doing. when i arrived the duvet cover was inside out - not a problem but a bit odd. the room although extremely big was so tired it was decrepid. the television was ancient and needed 3 minutes to... more

Four of my girlfriends had booked a weekend away to Brighton. I decided to join them for the Saturday night but the hotel they had booked was full. I searched the net and came across this little gem. I paid £49 for one night B&B. It was the only single room they had available at such short notice but it... more

The Topps Hotel is worth noting because of its location and its pricing. It's ideally placed for visiting Brighton, is close to the sea, has a multi-storey car park outside - yet doesn't cost the earth. It may not have the newest decor (although it's clean and tidy) but it makes up for it with a friendly welcome. I keep... more

We stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the size of the rooms, and the size of the bed! Also the breakfast was good and the owners were very pleasant. We have stayed in a few different places in Brighton, including the Jarvis Marriott hotel, but this has outdone them all. We will definitely be staying here again. more
