arrived new years eve, room freezing cold, we were given a small heater to heat room, no shower curtain or slip mat, no phone, kettle, or mini fridge in room, ok we only paid £85 but im sure we can find a more appropriate hotel in brighton for that price. well over priced. more

The Topps Hotel is worth noting because of its location and its pricing. It's ideally placed for visiting Brighton, is close to the sea, has a multi-storey car park outside - yet doesn't cost the earth. We stayed at this hotel and were very impressed by the size of the rooms, and the size of the bed! Also the breakfast was good and the owners were very pleasant. We have stayed in a few different places in Brighton, including the Jarvis Marriott hotel, but this has outdone them all. We will definitely be staying here again. more
