Paskins is a great bijou B&B TownHouse based in Brighton. Everything you would expect from a nice place offering a room for a few nights : good location, good size clean rooms, good facilities. But the things that set Paskins apart from it's erstwhile competitors are 1/ the decor (all the furnishings, from the chairs to the breakfast crockery, are... More

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy b&b. Very friendly service and fabulous breakfast. Stylish, clean and surprisingly spacious rooms. We will definitely stay when coming back and recommend this to all. Near the beachfront and only a short walk from the Lanes.

We stayed for two nights in the hotel's triple. The owner was great about a later than expected arrival time, and the breakfast for us as two vegetarians and a vegan was excellent - soya milk and dairy free spread as standard! Room was clean and neat, lots of lovely toiletaries, and a sea view to boot if you look... More

I was immensley pleased with my 2 day stay at Paskins Town House. Clean and tidy rooms, polite and diligent staff combined with an amazing breakfast made my stay. I would not hesitste in recommending this quirky well run B&B. Many thanks to all the staff.

Based on the other reviews I was expecting something really special, but thats not what we got. It is a quite average B&B. We stayed at a different one in Brighton last year and the service and customer care was much better and more personalised. Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Room & en-suite was very small. We could hear... More

The owners have clearly thought a lot about how to please their guests....their excellent breakfasts offer a wide variety to suit all tastes...the decor is great but then to add the 30s music at breakfast makes it really special , the bottled water in the rooms....for those who've sampled the Brighton nightlife, the excellent information pack (good recommendations for restaurants... After trawling through lack lustre Brighton Hotels and B&B's this popped up and I was very pleased with my choice for a couple of nights break. Handy for fine dining at Restaurant 24, St Georges Road, local pubs and other delights. Has good bus service to station and city centre if not driving. Room 15 is thoughtfully furnished with charming... More

This was the most original and excellent breakfast that I have eaten in a very long time. The rooms are lovely and clean - soaps and shampoo are organic and people are very friendly. Close to the beach too - would stay there again. Loved it!

Great little place, we stayed last minute on the back of trip advisor reviews. We stayed in room 6 big bay window floor to ceiling, you even get a glimpse of the sea. Really friendly staff, nice and clean everything you need in a room. The breakfast is amazing, cooked fresh and to your liking. Everything was hot not greasy,... More

A wonderful small hotel, with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was great, clean and attractively decorated, the breakfast was outstanding, and the Art Deco decor was beautifully done with a real attention to detail. The location just a stone's throw from the front was excellent, although parking was difficult (as it tends to be in Brighton). Highly recommended.
