When we arrived there was no one on reception and the man who turned up was unable to find our booking because he was not familiar with the system. Stayed for one night and I am glad it was not for a longer period, as the room was small and noisy. It did not help that we were placed in a room off the landing, which shaked whenever the lift was operated. Besides that, the spa and restaurant were nice. more
