This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in, certainly in Europe, if not the world. It is very expensive, even by the outlandish Brighton standards. The curtains were broken. The window was dirty. I stayed for just one night but found it very clean and comfortable and good value at £60. The room was a bit small but that is England for you. The meal in the restaurant was excellent - definitely I would stay there agin. more

From the road you see the Fawlty Towers similarity but hope it’s just the façade. stayed in this hotel in august for 2 nights for our anniversary,it was terrible,dirty smelly rooms,with a 70s theme!overpriced,none of the tvs in hotel were working,the pool and spa didnt exsist!had to change rooms on the 2nd night due to noisy neighbours,that room was just as bad!dont bother with this hotel!!! more

Stayed at the Preston Park Hotel on 18/06/07 very friendly helpful staff in particular Lucy who sorted my cab problems! The rooms are dated and very over priced but Brighton can command those rates, my window didnt shut properly but other than that its clean and ok for a short stay do not expect 4*. more

It looks nice but... House keeping don't dust behind TVs or top of wardrobes. The communal areas are the same. Run your finger along the top of the dado rail in the bar!.
