The room was fine, it was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a shambles. Everything had run out. Had to wait ages for pretty much everything. Was not told that breakfast was included with price and the internet and TV systems were awful. The shower head pointed to back of shower so I had to hold it to wash which is a hassle. Wonderful location right on the seafront but well away from the pier. Our room was on the second floor but looked at an internal wall thus had no view. Great location, easy to walk around key local attractions of Brighton including night life. View from the room was amazing and I am not sure if it is everyone's taste but it is great to wake up listening the waves and fresh breeze from the sea. Attentive and smiley staff, great breakfast.

Brilliant hotel with staff and facilities helping to make a pleasant and comfortable stay. This was a necessary trip due to family crisis and the ease of using this hotel and its facilities added to the helpfulness of the staff made everything a little more bearable.

TV wasn't working properly, and were too tired to pack again to move the room. Jay and Joe Bolton at the restaurant were very helpful. There was Hong Kong cricket team was staying, so met few of them.

The overall hotel was classy, with nice architecture and art. The restaurants were quite nice and staff was excellent. It has a nice feel.
