This hotel is terrible. I recently stayed for 2 nights. We booked a superior sea view room. The sea view was only visible if you stood inside the bay window looked to one side and peered through the filthy windows which were framed by even filthier curtains. Two of the walls in the room were damp and the smell of... More

You will regret every penny that you spend on this hotel however much you might justify it at the time due to the location. It is disgusting, dirty, has damp plaster for you to breathe in and to make yourselves ill with in some of the "superior sea view rooms". Windows are so filthy that you couldn't see a view... More

Very fearful of what we were going to find after reading so many bad reviews. We stayed for one night in a standard double with a cot bed for our 18mth old. Yes, it is a little grubby in places and boarding on Fawlty Towers, wouldn't fancy facing the breakfast more than once (hot but mass produced and bland), but... More

Where do I start? The twin room that we had was a substantial size however we did not appreciate the filthy, dirty and repulsive windows that had not been cleaned both inside and outside. The windows were sort of double glazed but not in the way you would imagine. Each of the three big windows had double windows which were... More

Stayed here on 12th July 2014. After long hard day working, got in for midnight. Put in room 182 only to be kept awake by the night club that was above this room. Bass was so bad the light fitting shook in the ceiling. Rang reception only to be offered ear plugs which were as annoying as the music. No... More

Reception is slow and weary from complaints which are constant! This a huge hotel with tired and depressing rooms, common areas and a labyrinth of corridors leading to one small lift. Do not accept a basement room - they are very dark, damp and sadly stink of damp which is masked with a hideous smelling spray. It would probably be... More
