To cut a long story short we thought we were staying in a DSS establishment. It appeared that the occupant had moved out in order to accommodate us but had neglected to clean the room. Without doubt this is my worst 'hotel' experience...ever.

Don't stay here..this place is a joke & shouldn't be called a hotel!! Stayed last night..our room had 3 single put you up beds in it..complete rubbish! I didn't sleep all night from all the noise as our room was at the front of the hotel..when I closed the window we were suffocating!! The walls are disgusting..falling apart..marks all over... More

Nothing particularly wrong with the hotel, it's basic and just in need of more attention to detail, considering what they charge for a saturday night stay (£115). The plus points being close to the sea, and it was a quick walk to our friend's place. It was clean but the blinds were broken and the shower was terrible!

The one and only thing I can recommend for this 'Hotel' is the proximity to the main seafront road. Yes it is cheap, but no it is anything but cheerful! Broken window blinds with slats missing, no soap, one half used toilet roll, no towels, no tea or coffee (we had to insist on some), the kettle had to be... More

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! We checked in and the cleaner gave us the room key. We never saw anyone else!!! The room was terrible, it had 3 single beds, no bedside table no cupboard, the wooden slatted blinds all had broken slatts. The desk and chair... More

This hovel is the worst excuse of a hotel that I have ever experienced. I had the misfortune to stay here for 1 night, and when I left I felt like I had to go and disinfect myself. A Summary: Disgusting shower. Blocked sink No towels (although even if they did provide them - I would not be touching them).... More

I stayed one night in a twin bedroom with my friend. the only furniture in the tiny room was two uncomfortable single beds and two tiny little round tables. The bathroom was in a cupboard and the shower took ages to heat up and was a trickle. there were tea and coffee stains on the wall where people had thrown... More

I like to see the positive side of most things, but once you step foot into this 'hotel' then all the positive will drain from you. I am going to bullet point the review as its a lot quicker to get through. . I ordered a car park space (1 of 2 available) and someone else parked in it when... More

PLEASE spend the extra £20 on a 'good' place! In response to the person who wrote a review claiming 'not to trust the bad reviews'. - You must have been tripping when you stayed there! Ok, so I stay in a lot of different hotels in Brighton, one in particular in Hove, which usually costs ca. £50-70... on this occasion,... More

Single light from ceiling but no bedside lights. Bathroom is a cupboard with shutter doors (no privacy), loo & tiny shower. Sink doesnt drain. Stay somewhere... More
