I stayed here for one night for a business trip. Pleasant greeting, sorted out a residents parking permit (£10) for 24 hours. This was the perfect b+b. Great service, had fresh towels and refreshments each day and really lovely staff. Cracking breakfast, huge bed, tv, ipod docking station, wet room, PERFECT. Deff coming back!

Only stayed for one night but had a very warm welcome including a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. Stayed in the Regency superior room with four poster bed found it to be very spacious and comfortable. Great location to Brighton Pier and would definitely stay here again!
