Not bad right in the centre but do not have the meal deal of £12.75 it's crap you are better off going to the Witherspoon 70 metres away or the kebab opposite Loads of other pubs and clubs about as well. Seafront is only yards away and the pier is within a 15 minute walk as well

Stayed one night so that I could go to an Open Day at Univ of Sussex wlith my daughter. Booked with late rooms. Last minute so 3 rooms left, £85 a night didn't include breakfast, that was extra £7.75 for full English. There's a car park (NCP Russell St,) just round the corner, 2minutes away. 20% off parking there if... More

Stayed here as part of our Wedding Present from family & friends.. A very comfortable and clean room. The Breakfast was very nice. When we went to book in, we explained it was a Wedding Present, and the Receptionist said she would give us a Seaview room, & she gave us a free Breakfast the following morning. Which she didn't... We were really disappointed in the Travelodge Brighton Seafront Hotel. It was not on the seafront but was half a block up a street from the sea. I did see the sea from our 6th floor window. The hotel seemed rather run-down although they were advertising some upgraded rooms. The room we had smelled of smoke although the hotel had... More

....I told the Mem Sahib as she was fulminating about the fact that the room was unbearably stuffy, the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work, the windows wouldn't open properly, only one of the two lifts was capable of reaching the 8th floor and there was no telephone or intercom which would permit her to communicate her concerns to... The hotel is located in a very convenient position, not far from the Pier and the Lanes and just cross the street from the beach. The room was small and the bathroom old, however it was clean and the bed really comfy. The worst thing was the lack of an internet connection which is very disappointing for a chain of... More

My friend and I spent 8 nights at this hotel in a twin room. We booked early and got the saver rate which meant it was very inexpensive. Check-in good. All the staff helpful and friendly. Room clean, bright, modern. Bed comfy. Shower good. We didn't have a view but we didn't mind. Location of hotel is excellent. The all... More

for a travelodge I have to say it was an all round good visit. The beds were comfy although woke up with an incredible back ache! rooms are a good size. wouldn't recommend ordering food from there as it's too expensive! there's food places all around that are a damn site cheaper! The only niggle I had was that the... More

The score is only an average as the hotel is a little tired and needs a but of tlc. BUT everything in our room was clean, worked and the reception staff always smiled and were friendly. We didn't have any problems staying here, so can't comment on sorting out any problems. Would go again and would recommend.
