We've stayed in a few travelogdes and always been pleased with the quality of the room, however this was dyer. Try room was run down, shabby and needed a lot of TLC. The bathroom was an absolute joke- rubbish shower with no pressure and the toilet jammed right next to it. Could barely move. The room was damp and depressing.... More

This hotel was a great location next to the beach and pier. Walking distance from Brighton station. Very close to Churchill shopping centre. Hotel room was decent king size bed for two, a kettle for tea and decent bathroom with shower.

Stayed at the hotel at the weekend and the room smelt damp and so hot in there, no air con and rooms needed refurb ing . We had 3 room and all the same . For £225 for two night it's was not worth it .

Conveniently positioned location for most Brighton. Hotel a bit tired, but fit for purpose and clean. Room was clean and comfortable, but smaller than a usual Travelodge room. Would stay again if in the area.

good priced hotel when booked in advance. Average travelodge, with an average travelodge room, but the staff were fantastic! Most welcoming, friendly and putting-customers-first staff I have had. Firstly we were originally situated on Level 8, I have a huge fear of lifts and asked where the stairs were. The receptionist of her own back, asked if we would prefer... More

The hotel is in a good position close to the seafront and is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There was only one lift in operation which meant longer waits at peak times, and the shower pressure and temperature in room 404 were poor. Room furniture was tired and had blistering, so should be upgraded. The bed... More

we stayed for 1 night only, wish i had brought our own pillows!, the outside of the hotel is quite scary as there are lots of homeless people drinking, and begging every time you walk past, i know its a problem everywhere that needs to be addressed but is quite off putting when you are out with your child.

very close to the sea and 15minutes from coach station. The room is small especially with luggages but the beds are really comfy. Our sink was clogged so it get dirty quick. Overall worth a quick stay

Honest straightforward review. Weekend stay and had high expectations having had good experiences in other Travelodges. Nice basis foyer but after exiting the lift first impressions were dampened by the sign of empty beer/wine bottles, pint glasses and some unpleasant stains on the carpet. Our room was small, but expected for a city room. But OMG was it hot, there... More

We have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions, for both our children's graduations, for concerts at the Brighton Centre and it's a great location in the centre of the City. Rooms are good, some have extra bed which was useful for us on a couple of visits when there were 3 of us. Less than 100m from seafront... More
