Located right next to the beach the location is good however at the "tacky" end of Brighton. Room was lovely, clean and modern. Not huge but comfortable. Great breakfast at local cafe in the morning just around corner. Only thing was at night it was very noisy some sort of party or bar or club nearby I'm not sure but... More

This apartment in Brighton is in a great location on the seafront in Kemptown. It is spacious, completely equipped with everything we needed, and is very good value too. The property manager was also very welcoming and gave a good overview of everything in the flat.

Friendly welcome from ? housekeeper. Good location. Small room at top of house. Very humid. small fan in room which worked intermittently and was barely efficient. Biscuits and shower gel not replenished on day 2. Bed comfortable. Shower okay. No noise problems. Breakfast in nearby cafe. Was given a ' special menu' which meant limited choices. Have to pay extra... More

This is perfect for a place to crash. Me and my partner stayed here whilst down in brighton. Its right be the pier and night clubs so its a really easy walk home. I would recommend for people who will be clubbing down in Brighton or planning to have a late night as its perfect location. Room is bathroom was... More

I recently visited The Beach Pad for an overnight stay on a short trip to Brighton. It was perfect for what we needed but would happily have stayed here longer. The room was a good size with modern furnishings, all very clean and the bed was extremely comfy! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the front and... More

I stayed in the family room which was quite small with very little wardrobe space considering it was meant for three, but it was comfortable and quite clean. the bathroom was quite new, though there was a bit of mould between the tiles, which could easily be removed. by the way, the towels were changed every day. It was particularly... More

The B&B is a short stroll from the Brighton Pier and other local amenities. The room was comfortable and clean, however, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep with the noises from other rooms (footsteps, talking and plumbing noises) and the sea gulls that could be heard very loudly from 4am. Although the bathroom was mostly clean there... More

Compared to other budget accommodation in brighton I would say that 'the beach pad' is reasonable value for money. It was clean, tidy and the food served at a nearby cafe was of good quality. The location is central and this is definitely one of its key selling points.

We stayed two nights in what was meant to be a three star B&B. Actually, the owners of the business do not live at the property and simply let rooms over the Internet. Breakfast was pretty good, but is served in a cafe up the road. Parking is by voucher (£12.50 per day extra), which does not guarantee a parking... More
