Came here for a birthday weekend away. Walked in and worried we wouldn't like it because first appearances are not great! As soon as we got into our room we were shocked! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! Tidy, clean and fresh! The bed was so comfy and the shower in the bathroom was amazing (so powerful) really enjoyed our stay! We will defiantly... More

Nice staff, it is what it says on the box, single room (only in Europe do you seem to have single bed rooms). It is not ensuite but everything seems to be kept very clean. Highly recommend. Fantastic location.

There was no one to greet us for 10 mins upon arrival, despite them being aware of the arrival time. However, the assistant manager was very apologetic. The double room we stayed in was ok, a little dusty, but clean enough. The mirror on the wardrobe was cracked, a little heater was placed to cover up the cracked wall and... More

i booked the hotel online, the whole experience was virtual, in a negative sense. there was no human contact. i buzzed at the door, was told where my room was, walked upstairs, found the key and that was that. no person to talk to in the hotel. in fact, this isn't a hotel at all. there is no reception, no... We stayed at Beach Pad Escape for two night , very comfortable & clean , the owner & house keeper were great , nothing to much trouble , breakfast was served in a café around the corner , food was lovely & staff were very pleasant , brilliant location for all the usual attractions , restaurants, bars & shops. There's... More

I booked this place last min and in doing so paid a fair bit more then i would for this room. The room was alright. nothing fancey. The room was quite hot and stuffy. It was noisey at night (and because i think we had rowdy guests above us) However it is close to the main attractions of Brighton, the... More

Stayed here very short notice as it was a last minute decision to visit my brother who lives in Brighton. Very clean and cosy room. Breakfast was really good & fills you up for the day. As I stayed in a single room on my own I had to use a shared shower room & bathroom. Again, both very clean.... More

We stayed at the Beach Pad Escape, on Madeira Place, for three nights. It is in a great location; walking distance to the pier, beach, shops and restaurants. We had a double room with a balcony. The room was spacious, clean and had modern decoration, with an en suite. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room so we... More

We've stayed at the Beach Pad and the Beach Pad Escape (recently open - around the corner from BP). Both lovely B&Bs with gorgeous en suite bedrooms. Lovely hosts who were very accommodating and catered for our every need. Breakfast is served in 1 of 2 cafes (depending which residence you stay in) - both serve amazing full Englishes and... More

The beach pad is really a B&B in my opinion, not a hotel. Parking permits £10 per 24 hour, we had to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking space. Found a space eventually, about 15 minute walk from the hotel. We had room 2, with view of a dirty stone wall. Very poor! 2 off the 3... More
