Lovelly, well decorated, nice family, and perfect location. Quiet, other than seagulls. The hotel slopes and creaks in a charming way. Buts - Brighton is a parking nightmare, and the rooms need a night light. Other than that perfect - Brighton is brilliant by the way.

First of all Ashley and his Dad were really friendly and accommodating helping us to do a late self service check in and suggesting parking...crazy rates for parking however 50 pound for less than 24 hours. The location is perfect and the room other than the noisy fridge really quiet. The room was decorated ok and bathroom nice but felt... More

My friend and I stayed for a weekend break and we really enjoyed this hotel. Whilst the rooms are definitely not the biggest in the world they were comfortable and clean and well furnished. The added extras of the minibar and the toiletries were a lovely touch. The owners were really accommodating and allowed us to leave our cases whilst... More

We stayed for 3 nights and the room was adequate. A few constructive criticisms . No bedside lamps so we had to leave the ceiling lights on all evening. The bathroom basin is very small and not practical. A fan is needed when hot . Generally clean and comfortable.

This is a clean hotel in a great quite location. We stayed here for three nights and had no problems, the free drinks in the fridge in the room come in handy . Yes you do need to ask for clean towels after first night ,check in is easy and relaxed . We stayed in room 6 which is a... More

I stayed in this apartment on 30/07/14. The apartment was on with Booking.com as Luxury, on the Churchill Hotel website it now states Classic. Having rung up the day prior to our stay to ask a few questions, I was told the apartment was not in the location that we thought which turned out to be a big problem. When... More

My partner arranged a surprise trip for us and although she read previous reviews decided to give this guesthouse a try as it's location is excellent. We now wish we had stuck with our usual choice of chain hotels. It was easy to find and there is a NCP carpark nearby (£25 per 24hours) and staff were friendly and welcoming.... More

Great location, spotlessly clean, really loved the complimentary mini-bar in the room (tea and coffee with fresh milk, chocolate bars, soft drinks), not bad for a nice double room in Brighton at £99 a night. Bed was really comfortable, didn't see any staff as arrived late but instructions very clear and seemed to be a professional set up. No breakfast... More

Lovely place, perfect location, we arrived after check in but the guy on the phone was very helpful. The complementary drinks were much appreciated after a 7 hour drive. Our stay was cheap because we got a deal but perhaps a bit expensive without that. We didn't factor in £25 per night parking either but brighton is expensive! Only gripe... More
