We have stayed at this hotel for the past 2 years, its clean affordable 5 mins walk from the pier and the shops and the owner is very polite and helpful. If your visiting Brighton for one of the many events or just visiting Brighton for a break then i recommend Brighton Breeze.

Hotel in good central location. Bathroom tiny & could barely fit into shower & I am not exactly big. Decor tired but clean. Too many stairs & no lift! Oh and the front door sounds like a mooing cow!! Not good when you are trying to sleep!!!!
