Hotel was clean, cheap and very basic - we was on the top floor which was okay for us (until I had to carry my drunk husband up the several narrow staircases) quiet and a short walk to any of the attractions - no parking, no breakfast facilities and no wi-fi. Tea & coffee in the room plus a TV,... More

The intercom/bell on arrival did not work so you have to telephone from your mobile to gain entry / attention. Not very welcoming. There is no "reception". I was welcomed by the lady and given my key as it was a prepaid. Went to the single room 3rd floor. Room was compact as it is a converted Victorian Town House.... More

I knew it was only 2 stars, But even if beds were ok and clean, so is everything dirty, Worn out and shabby. No breakfast included, noisy- since Windows could not be shut properly. ...We were glad it was only for one night. Stay at marina at the other side of the street instead. The owner was attentive and helpful... More

If you want basic, cheap, and clean this is the place, near to beach and town, ten minutes walk to pier, landlady helpful and polite, would stay again, does not do breakfast but plenty of cafes near by.

Stayed here last weekend for mates stag dooo. Clean room clean bed sheets and clean towels. Shower in tripple room was very small but you can still say it had an En-suite. Water was nice and hot. Very reasonable rates and close to town. All in all a good place to lay your head.

I stayed at this hotel when visiting my family in Brighton. It was very clean and freshly decorated. My room was small, especially the shower, but the water was hot so perfectly adequate. Only needed it for a base to sleep so it was fine for me. Heating did not seem to work but the room was quite warm enough.... More

If your looking for a reasonably priced clean room with a fantastic location then this is the place! No breakfast included but not a major problem as so many cafes and bars within minutes walking distance although if your an early riser these cafes are not haha! 9.30 starts! Only negative I could point out is bathroom is a little... More

This is budget accommodation in a very expensive town especially over August bank holiday. Had stayed here last year at the same time with a mate but this time was with my girlfriend so the standards needed to have improved. And they had! Got the ground floor room which was ideal as we are both smokers so not far to... More
