My partner and I stayed have visited Brighton many times and this has been the best hotel we have stayed in. The modern Boutique style rooms were very elegant, confortable and the breakfast was delicious (the sausages were yummy!) The location was perfect for us to walk into town within a few minutes. The guesthouse is perfect! The pier is within a 5 minute walking distance, the rooms are decorated to a high standard and the service is impeccable. The owner cannot do enough to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. The breakfast is also of very good quality. I have nothing but good things to say about this Guest house. It was clean, well decorated, the food was lovely and there was enough of it.
