We stayed in a Superior Double Room. The owner, Lee, is very friendly and her full English breakfast was great. Any problems with the breakfast room mentioned by previous reviewers has been sorted because she now has time slots to choose from. Room was big enough, nice bay window looking down to the sea and the Brighton Wheel. Room &... More

We were staying in this hotel as it was close to a wedding reception venue we were going to, so we didn't spend much time there during the day but it was very comfortable. Had a lovely welcome, no problems at all with the stay. The room had been recently refurbished and was small but neat. The bathroom was pleasant... More

It´s quite good for a guest house. The location is perfect, and if you get a good price (ours was 90 pounds per night with breakfast for a large room), and are familiar with guest houses´standards, go ahead and book it!

A really excellent weekend at this guest house. The proprietor could not have been more helpful or professional. Beautifully clean room and en suite. It was only a few minutes walk from the centre but the room was very quiet. Good breakfast, I decided due to my waistline not to have full English each morning (which was really nice) so... More

Recently refurbished this is in a good location near the pier and the iconic big wheel. It's a guest house, so no bar, but the attentive owner Lee does a good breakfast in the pleasant room in the basement. The bed was comfortable, shower invigorating and it's all very clean. It's away from the front so you can escape the... More

we found this a lovely little hotel, me and my fiance stayed on a Saturday night and pay £95.00 +£10.00 to park our car. i think that the cost is quite high in comparison with other places but we as usual left everything last minute and Brighton gets busy on a weekend, overall the guest house is ran by a... Upon arrival at this guest house, it wasn't very clearly signeducation and we spent a while circling the one way routes to find it... We decided to call the host for directions, she wasn't very helpful... When we finally spotted the place there was no where to park at all, we were told that the parking was free, yet this... More

I have just spent 2 nights here with my partner, my father and his partner and feel very much disappointed. Firstly the welcome was non existent and if I'm honest plain rude, having booked for the Friday and Saturday night we were keen to view our rooms. Instead of being greeted and shown to said rooms we were told we... More

Extremely poor welcome. There is no reception area, and when I arrived, the manager was yelling at another guest. I was soon being yelled at too. Both me and the other poor guest, were early and were angrily berated for having turned up before the check-in time (3pm). Neither of us were asking to check in. We were both happy... More

The room was suppose to be superior double but was very small and not as Superior as I expected. Breakfast was in two sittings and we had the last and nothing left in the tin trays was asked only if we required scramble egg but since everything else was limited we weren't to impressed. The 2nd day we came down... More
