we had a great stay here! the place is a little dated but clean and has everything you need.the staff were both enthusiastic and friendly (especially the two lovely young ladies that welcomed us for breakfast) a £2 bus ride from town,so idealy located for a night out in Brighton.We felt very welcome and will definitely be back!!!

the rooms were very good for what we wanted, a nice warm and freindly welcome on arrival, staff was excellent, breakfast and other various meals were very plesant and atmosphere through out the whole b&b was good, was a good weekend and was a good afternoon of sport, and there was some fun at the disco too.
