Really lovely. Just off the seafront. Wet room with great products. Room compact but stylish and very comfortable. Piles of fluffy towels, robe, decanter of port. Delicious breakfast, charming staff. Would definitely go back.

I stayed on a Saturday night with my partner and I have to say we were a little disappointed.
Those wanting a 'boutique hotel' experience with all of the service and amenities should probably book elsewhere as contrary to what the website suggests, this is really a simple (albeit upmarket) b&b. Apart from the breakfast, which was superb, the service...

We are disappointed that these guests did not enjoy their stay with us as the team here work very hard to ensure all of our guests receive the five-star experience they deserve and that we have just been re-awarded by the Quality in Tourism scheme. Picking up on the specific points raised, we are on a quiet side street just...

Down in Brighton for the incredibly hot weekend at end May. Couldn't be happier with our choice of Kemp Townhouse to stay. Really attractively decorated throughout, our four poster bed was by far the most comfortable we've found in any hotel pretty much anywhere (in fact we even asked for the name of the supplier for home!). The room had...

Stayed here for 2 nights this week in a Fab Four Poster room. The bed was huge with excellent linen. The room has shutters at the window but could do with some black-out blinds/curtains too as light was coming into the room at 5.30am! The bathroom/wetroom is tiny and smelt a little bit of damp as no windows/fresh air but...

I stayed with my Mother for 3 nights. Everything was delightful. Location is good and hotel was quiet. The finishing touches in the room made it seem real luxury. Breakfast was a treat with so many lovely choices, especially as I prefer something different to the usual full English. We would book again, no complaints at all.
Having spent the Easter week-end at the Kemp Townhouse, would highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was fantastic and best we've ever had when staying in a hotel / guest house. The staff were friendly, the property immaculate and the rooms gorgeous with lovely little touches like bottles of water, decanter of port, mints and mini marshmallows. Wouldn't hesitate to...

This is the most lovely place I've ever stayed. It's just perfect. The hotel is perfectly located right by the sea but in the Kemp Town end of Brighton. So great mixture of cool bars, antique shops and lovely restaurants. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The room has the right mix of old and new and had a bottle of...

We can't recommend the Kemp Townhouse highly enough! It's a very relaxed, luxury environment to stay in. We were extremely well looked after, and everything about the experience is quality; including the food and drinks. The breakfast is by far the best we have had at any hotel and the room and staff were fantastic.
We stayed for 2-nights with Mother & Father In Law, rooms 201 & 202. The beds were extremely comfortable, with lots of finishing touches e.g. Mints, fresh water, port/sherry in the room.
When we arrived, we were helped with our bags from the car which was parked 100m away.
In the morning, breakfast was superb, with an ability to go...
