A group of friends and I spent a girly weekend here. We had standard rooms (family X2 and basic double). The rooms are basic but were completely suitable for our needs. The family rooms contain a wash basin and shower cubicle but NO toilet. The shower is slightly peculiar as it is in the middle of the room and the... more

I actually lived in brighton and have moved away but wanted a cheap place to stay to visit friends with my family. The location of the hotel is PERFECT in Regency Square, if you do not know Brighton this is in short walking distance to the town, shops, bars, pubs, nightlife and just across the road from the beach.....so you... more

I have just returned from a four night stay in this hotel and I was very pleased with the quality and comfort of the room. The room was a superior family room (all the single rooms had been taken) It was clean and had possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! I had a balcony and a... more

Well...what can I say. The location is great but the actual state of the hotel was not. Our room didn't have a toilet and the shower (which looked like a portakabin) didn't even work! Instead of a bathroom, we had a basin...thats it. When I complained to the lady on reception, she said "maybe I'll do something, maybe I will... more

It was clean and tidy, nicely decorated and the staff where very friendly. I had a great New Year's eve and would definatly consider returning. Its ideal for young couples on a budget or groups of friends who... more

I stayed at this hotel on a hen do in Brighton when our original accommodation fell through at the last minute and we had to find an alternative place to stay at short notice! Conveniently located opposite the West Pier, there is an NCP car park in the Square itself (do not park on the street outside the hotel, it... more
