I didn't even get to stay in this place and it cost me £200.00!! I booked for 2 days on my booking.com account and couldn't go as I had a problem on the Friday. Unfortunately when I checked my booking account to make sure I had cancelled it there was no booking on there so I assumed that I had... More

We were a group of 12 ladies on a hen weekend with a mixture of rooms, all were bigger than expected, one twin had a double and a single and the triple had double and two singles! All were clean and beds were comfy, furniture was dated and bathroom was small but for the time we spent there we didn't... More

A price worthy B&B with nice, English speaking staff and clean and functional rooms with good standard. The breakfast was basic but as it was included in the price it was OK. The noise from the stairs and the seagulls outside was disturbing. If you're looking for a cheap, clean and well located B&B this is it.

Very nice stay. You have to bear in mind what you are paying for! For a guest house at 50 quid for a double room you can not expect wonders. The room was spacious and comfortable fully functional and clean. Good bed and pillows, a very pleasant night sleep. The staff is also very attentive and honest. Not the pretentious... More

The hotel locates right opposite to the sky wheel near the pier, so location is just fabulous. Though it has a little bit small corridors and narrow stairs, the room has enough space. The room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is quite small.

Yes this guest house is cheap but still too expensive for what you get. Really dirty carpet in hall and stairs, employees who do not speak English, rooms are tatty and have really dirty mix mash of furniture. Tiny en suite with tiny shower but is clean, bed nice and comfortable, TV had to be fixed by my husband to... More

For the price we paid (which was far less than a Travelodge, etc), this B&B was a very reasonable weekend stop-over. It would be very unfair to compare it against a much more expensive establishment, as you generally get what you pay for and we paid for a cheap B&B. The place isn't a top-notch glam hotel with matching accessories,... More

This B&B is fairly good value for money. We had a family room which was a reasonable size for the three of us, although the shower room is quite snug! The facilities are fairly basic but very clean. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival and at breakfast the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is good but not huge,... More

This was a reasonable B&B for those travelling on a budget. We received a warm welcome upon our arrival. Lots of narrow stairs leading to the room, could be quite a struggle. The room and facillities were very basic but very clean. Breakfast was ok and staff very friendly but the breakfast room could do with being bigger and more... More

When planning a trip to Brighton we wanted a hotel that was good value and close to the town. Requested a triple room, got a double bed and two singles but was not fussed having the extra bed (gave us somewhere to pile our belongings). Staff upon arrival was friendly and helpful. Considering what you're paying the hotel was acceptable....... More
