My girlfriend and I went here for Easter in 2014 and we have just booked to go back there again. This place is unbelievable value for money and is more like a top hotel than a B&B. The house super clean is epically decorated with taxidermy and stylish furniture, the rooms are gorgeous, hosts very attentive and the breakfast would... More

Our visit to Wingrove was just perfect. This lovely hotel is set in a picture perfect village. Great rooms with all mod cons including robes and luxury smellies. The food is amazing. We had perfectly cooked breakfasts with a variety of bread. Lovely coffee and papers provided. The dinner was perfect too, lots of care taken to ensure the menu... More

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, bed and breakfast. We had dinner both nights in the hotel restaurant too. We were looking for a quiet, child free relaxing weekend break, and that is exactly what we got. Upon check in we were greeted by Nick, who was friendly and showed us to our room, and how to... On arrival I was given a very warm welcome. The room was comfortable, recently decorated and very clean. Our room, at the top of the house, had a large bathroom with a stand alone bath, separate shower and two sinks. We ate both nights in the resturant and found the food to be very good, I asked for my steak... More

We truly enjoyed our stay. Rooms: we stayed in room 3. It was beautifully decorated with muted colours, nice big bed, lovely soft linens and a heated balcony with table and chairs. Service: we wanted breakfast at 0700 am as were hiking . The hotel set out a wonderful tray with goodies. I was cold, a duvet was promptly brought... More

Really liked the room quality and its attention to detail, although for the room rate the bathroom was sub par and could use a makeover. Average mattress bordering on below average, again, given rate paid. Overall, sleep quality was OK - its proximity to the road and quality of mattress/pillows was not overly helpful, unless you are used to English... More

We have just spent a really lovely night at Wingrove House. It was a last minute decision to celebrate our wedding anniversary and how glad we were that we chose this place. The room was lovely and the food superb! We explored the South Downs the day before, and after breakfast the next day, we had a lovely walk in... More

We came here for our Mini moon straight after our wedding on Sunday 24th August and got home today. I felt the need to write a review immediately because my husband and I were so impressed with this place. We enjoyed a relaxing 2 nights here. As it was raining heavily when we arrived we decided to relax in the... More

We visited Wingrove House a couple of years ago and enjoyed the accommodation and food so much, decided to return for a two night break. Once again Nick was there to greet us and we felt like we were coming home. As the August Bank holiday was wet and cold there was a roaring fire in the lounge with all... More

This was our second visit to The Wingrove. Previously we had stayed over and the experience was brilliant. The food is second to none, the breakfast spread was amazing! The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home straight away. We went for dinner this time, the service was brilliant again and the food was perfect. 10/10!
