Great bed, great breakfast. What more can one want? A seriously good b and b in the most tranquil of settings with the most wonderful hosts. We would happily recommend Bodgers farm to anyone, except when we need to stay there. When you find somewhere this good do you recommend it to all and sundry or keep it to yourself?... More

I won't reiterate what is on the owners' website with its pictures. I stayed here for 4 nights. There are 2 guest bedrooms, one with double bed and one twin bedded. When other guests unexpectedly booked, I was happy to change rooms, which gives me the chance to report on both. Neither has a wash basin, but there is a... More

My fiance and I stayed here in February 2012 to escape the stress of London for a night. Bodgers Farm turned out to be the perfect choice - it is in a remote and peaceful location, and the only noise is the sound of birds singing. I have come back home feeling completely de-stressed and ready to face the rush... More

I have stayed at Bodgers for many years in January and cannot praise Howard and his wife enough. the rooms are a good size and the location is private and very quiet. I look forward to Howrds home baked bread in the mornings and the overall friendly atmosphere makes for a pleasant stay. I shall continue to stay at Bodgers... More

I stayed at bodgers during february 2011 whilst working for a local engineering company. I found Howard to be both hospitable and very friendly and the accomodation particularly comfortable, interesting and quiet. The large breakfast sustained me throughout the day and my hosts where happy to store my mountainbike overnight in a lockable shed. I Would very happily stay again.... More

We thorougkly enjoyed our first visit to the Fens il late August 2010, a complete contrast to the countryside we are used to in Cumbria. We booked to stay at Bodgers farm House purely by a very lucky chance.Howard and Kate made us very welcome and they seem to have thought of everything a visitor could need plus helpful suggestions... We stayed at Bodgers on the 11th August as we were visiting RAF Marham for their Family & Friends day. The double room was spacious and had an excellent view over the countryside. Our hosts kindly gave us directions to a good food pub not far from the B & B where we had a superb meal and real ale.... More

Fabulous B&B,no traffic noise at all just chirping birds to wake you up, a brisk walk is needed before trying to tackle the" full" english breakfast table. 100% warm & clean, a mini tabletop fridge can be provided for personal use. Both bedrooms and the shared bathroom are large and well fitted & all have unspoilt views over flat open... More

I am a photographer and made this trip to photograph the Broads and then to visit my grandfather's birthplace, Downham Market. I picked this B&B because of it's proximity to Downham Market and I wanted a rural setting. This was the perfect location for me. I could come and go as the weather and light permitted for photography and I... More
