Although the hotel isn't bad on the hole, we were given a room over the pools generator. It pumped away 24 hours a day. The noise was unbearable at night. We asked to be moved but was told the hotel was full. The staff Acknowledged it is a continuing problem with complaint after complaints, yet it has not been rectified
