I found the owners very accommodating and helpful without being intrusive. This is a quality B & B with lots of nice touches that you wouldn't necessarily expect from a guest house. Room standards v good. The location was excellent for us being 50yds from the main restaurants and pubs in Swanage town centre and very close to the seafront.... more

Brilliant central location, nicely appointed rooms and a very comprehensive and tasty breakfast: all you could want from a B&B, so recommendations for the fish restaurant for lunch (a real winner) and saving me from getting a parking ticket were a real bonus! One of the owners' areas of experience is in customer service - and it shows. more

Lovely, welcoming B&B. We only stayed for one night while on a bit of a mini-tour of Devon & Dorset, but we would definitely have stayed longer if we had time. Alan and Dianne were the perfect hosts making us feel very welcome and very professional - nothing was too much. Yes parking is limited but that's the same for most B&Bs in Swanage. A charming B&B near the seafront in Swanage. Plenty of on street parking -- on a hill though so practice your clutch control! Owners were very friendly and chatty, full of ideas of where to go around the area. Well appointed bedrooms, quiet location and huge breakfasts -- all you need really. Would certainly go back. more
