This was our second stay in the Merlin room at Jasper Knights. The B&B has a knighly/wizardly theme. Our daughter simply loved our room. There is bunk bed which can be folded in to create a sofa. The room is decorated with Harry Potter themed items: books, towels, lamp shade, pictures, etc. There is a beautiful sea view through the... More

We stayed here at the beginning of August for the Swanage Carnival. The location of this B&B is one of its main plus points as it is located literally a five minute downhill walk to the town centre. it is also in a peaceful and quiet location. For those with mobility issues the B&B is located up a steep hill... More

Stayed here in October for the Swanage Blues Festival and what a perfect location. During the day if we wanted to go back to our room, it was so near. The owners are extremely friendly, nothing seems to be too much trouble. We stayed in a beautiful room at the top, with a super view over the bay. The breakfast... More

Caroline and John were so friendly when we arrived, even giving up their parking space for us! Our 6 yo son loved the theme and we were fortunate enough to stay in the Merlin room. He loved the toys and activities available as well as the décor of the room, but his highlight was his chocolate milk Goblet of Fire... More

We had booked a last minute break with our two children. The room was very clean and just about big enough for the four of us. It had an amazing view out to sea and if had not been for the neighbours cockerill would have been perfect! Remembered to shut the windows the second night, which muted the early morning... More

The rooms here arenot overly big, but clean, tidy and very comfortable, the host has an impressive knowledge of the area, and will, if asked, give recommendations for walks, where to dine etc. My son really enjoyed his goblet of fire milkshake at breakfast, but forme, the breakfast was not what Iexpected. After reading the write ups, I was expecting an exceptional... More

Cluny Crescent must be the steepest street in Swanage! but near the top is a B&B worth getting out of breath for. Lavishly descorated on a Knight's Theme, the rooms are well presented, very comfortable and very clean. John and Caroline both extend an extremely friendly welcome, and through John's helful tips and directions I was able to discover places... More

My wife and I along with our 10 year old daughter stayed here for a couple of days. We think this is one of the best guest houses we have stayed in. The house is geared towards children and adults alike, with the Harry potter breakfasts. Our daughter loved the Goblet of fire milkshakes after breakfast. There were plenty of... More

Top marks for this B&B. The room was spotless and well decorated with en-suite. Stayed 2 nights. Good quality breakfasts. Owners were very pleasant and obviously committed to providing good service. Highly recommended.
