Stayed in this charming B&B for one night with my two whippets. The hosts are so friendly and helpful. You just feel comfortable the minute you walk through the door. Great location and so many beautiful places to visit in the area. Room very comfortable, good Wifi too.

Great place to stay in Swanage. Particularly good breakfast - plenty of fresh fruit and good selection of hot items, well cooked. Lyn is a welcoming hostess and the house is in a good location with sea views.

A faultlessly welcoming hotel, from the warmth of the proprietors to the comfort of the bed, and the bay within view, its arm around the sea. Lyn was kindness itself. And then there was Declan, the powerhouse belowdecks, rarely glimpsed but indispensable, as well as utterly charming. Oh to be there in summer when we could have sprawled on the... More

We decided to visit swanage for valentines weekend and found this B&B via a dog friendly website. We had room 5 which had a great view of the bay and a lovely big room. Comfy bed. Lyn was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She even recommend a lovely pub called the black swan for a very yummy... More

We have stayed in this hotel a couple of times and are going back this year. The hotel is lovely and clean. Lyn is a wonderful hostess and the breakfasts (I think cooked by Lyns husband) are delicious. My children are now 14 and 11 and they now consider Swanage their favourite place in the UK. Our dog is welcomed... More

I came with my sister, friends and a pack of well behaved cocker spaniels and we couldn't fault the hotel at all. I had a small (but perfectly formed) single room that was great value for money. My sisters double that she shared with her boyfriend, was a great size and everywhere was clean and tidy. The breakfast was brilliant... More

Stayed here for one night only. The room was a good size and the ensuite very good. The hotel is only a short walk from the tan and beach and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was lovely and the owners friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

This was our first trip to a dog friendly hotel. We had a pleasant surprise. The room was small but very clean and adequate for our needs. It was our first time in Swanage and Lyn gave us great advise on where to eat and what to do. The breakfast was lovely and we did eat in the dining room... More

We often come now when the season is at an end, though this year October has been very mild, weather wise. We parked in the rear car park, checked in ( easy ), and took over our room. The Limes is a known quantity. Easy, relaxed, comfortable, well placed. The decor is modern, the atmosphere friendly. The breakfasts are superb.... More
