Once again we have managed to pick a wonderful B & B. Ian and Wendy are the most congenial of hosts and it is not surprising that they are given such positive comments by other tripadvisor contributers. Fullers Earth is situated in a very charming English village called Cattistock, the house is beautifully decorated and extremely peaceful (especially for sleeping).... More

Our stay here was amazing. Wendy and Ian are the most friendly and welcoming people. Their house is full of old English character and charm. We arrived weary from our cycle ride and our trusty steeds were put in the stables! We were quickly shown our rooms and tea and cake was made ready for us by the open fire... More

I don't think we can possibly be the best B&B in the world but it's very nice of you to say so! Thank you for these kind remarks. We very much enjoyed having you here and were delighted to "stable" the bikes. More

We recently stayed with Wendy and Ian for 5 nights. I completely agree with all the very positive comments previously written about this B&B and very much recommend it. They could not have been more charming and helpful - a delightful couple, the house is lovely and it all contributed to making our short break in Dorset extremely enjoyable.

After a long and busy trip to Cornwall, we decided to split our journey back to Brighton and stop off in Dorset. We booked last minute which was no problem and met my parents there too. We were greeted by Ian who was charming, welcoming and very friendly. I've had some uncomfortable experiences in B&Bs but I can happily say... More

My wife and I visited Fullers Earth for 3 nights in early July, having found it thru Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed. On booking for an early evening arrival from Yorkshire our host Ian offered to book a meal for at the village pub - just a short walk across the paddock, and what a good choice it was... More

Wendy and Ian are amazing hosts and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was extremely pretty and the en suite bathroom was perfect; with the added bonus of a brilliant power shower combo! Breakfast was delicious and healthy with fresh ingredients, great coffee and the array of jams was particularly good. The location is excellent,... More

My wife and I stayed at Fullers Earth in June, and had an absolutely delightful time that smashed all expectations. From the excellent and personable hosting by Ian and Wendy, through to the beautiful room in the thatched part of the house which was very spacious and wonderfully appointed, through to the superb breakfast, this was a visit to truly... We have stayed here several times over the years and have found it to be consistently welcoming, comfortable and great value. This time Wendy and Ian arranged a fascinating fossil hunting trip for us to the Jurassic coast where we found plenty of 200 million year old examples despite the pouring rain - there are some things even they cannot... My wife and I have stayed here several times over the years and highly recommend this most tranquil of B&B's. Wendy and Ian make marvellous hosts - nothing seems too much trouble. The village is quintessentially English and the local pub well worth the short walk.
