My husband and I dined at this pub on 13 February 2015. We found the pub very cosy even though it is very big! The staff were really warm and friendly and felt at ease straight away. My husband had the mixed grill (he said it is the best one he has had in ages) and he does eat them... More

I needed to have easy access to the station and the hospital and the junction fitted the bill perfectly, I stayed for two nights, price included breakfast (which was excellent). There was free wi-fi which held the connection very well and there was a full menu for the evening (not included). You may be wondering with all the positives why... More

My wife and I are regulars at the Junction and Albert, the manager, and his very efficient team, have always made us feel most welcome. The rooms are very spacious, warm and comfortable - even though they maybe now in need of another refurbishment. Their advertised 'Good Pub Food' more than lives up to its name, both in terms of... After a walk around Dorchester we decided to eat here early Saturday night, arrived around 7.30pm, the pub is Marstons brewery. Good appearance from outside. Once in through the main entrance it looked like a typical pub with the bar lively with a number of drinkers and members of a local rugby team however the pub has a restaurant area... More

My partner and I stayed one night at the junction, I was impressed that the room was so spacious. The rooms are basic but nice, comfy bed, a desk and chair, tea, kettle, hairdryer, flat screen tv bathroom with good shower. Everything you need. Good standard of cleaniness too. The staff was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was really... More

It's fair to say the rooms at this pub are fairly basic - but then what do you want for £80 including breakfast in the centre of Dorchester? What's more - it's right on the doorstep of the lovely Brewery Square development. We stayed here to visit friends and even though we were warned the pub was open to 1am... More

We were looking for a place to eat and found this by chance. We were not disappointed at all. We got a table straight away and ordered the food and a drink. While waiting for it to arrive ( 15 mins max ) we enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was faultless.....tasty,well cooked and presented and excellent value for money. We... More

We were attending a wedding near by. The room was clean & tidy, furniture a bit dated. The bed was comfortable.Tea & coffee making facilities & a hairdryer which were both good to have. It was fine for one night but wouldn't recommend it as a romantic getaway. There is a disco until 1am every Saturday night but the rooms... More

We stayed in room one which was right on the road. Every time a car went past it sounded like rumbling thunder coming through the pillow. The traffic died down at about 1a.m. The room it's self has a damp problem which can be seen in the right hand upper corner of the room as you face the window wall.... More

We stayed in a room on the opposite side of the very small car-park from the main pub building. The decor was a little care-worn and there was an initial very slight damp smell on entering. That said, the place was clean and had windows we could actually open (unlike some large chain hotels) to gain much needed ventilation and... More
