This was just a great start to a cycling holiday. Sue and Adie are wonderful hosts. The accommodation is very comfortable and utterly spotless. We stayed for 2 nights and now feel we have known S&A all our lives; a very big thank-you!. I could not recommend more highly. Will definitely return. Steve and Gill

I headed to Dorset to work for the local authority over the summer with the challenge to find somewhere good to stay. My first week was in a nice but smelly pub so to find Bramlies was a great joy. Sue and Adie were lovely, welcoming hosts into their delightful bed and breakfast for the summer. I spent most of... More

I booked myself and my friend for an overnight stay in another hotel to attend a wedding of my friend's son but few days before the wedding I changed my mind and decided to book for two nights stay in Dorchester. Unfortunately there was no available room for two nights accommodation in the other hotel so they have arranged with... More

On arrival, we were offered a garden room in the annexe, it was very spacious and comfortable, nicely furnished and very clean. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone I cannot actually comment on the breakfast as we did not stay for it. The accommodation is found in the garden and accessed by patio doors into a small lounge... More

My boyfriend and I have previously stayed at Bramlies with friends, and loved it so much that we returned for a weekend break just the two of us. This time we stayed in one of the outside rooms, the 'Lily Pad'. It was beautifully decorated, with a nice sized bathroom and a huge shower. It felt very private which was... More

I was working in Dorchester this past week and unfortunately only stayed here for the last 2 days. If ever I'm in town again I will undoubtedly stay here. Extremely clean and comfortable . Very friendly and welcoming couple. I could not fault this place at all. Adie and Sue should get themselves on " FOUR IN A BED "... More

I stayed here years ago under previous management and name; it was good then and is probably even better now. Very good room, good breakfast, very welcoming host who ensured I was given a sufficient briefing but not more than necessary. Really helpful after I left - very quick to let me know that I'd left a bag behind, before... More

Bramlies is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a quiet, beautifully clean and comfortable B&B. I stayed in the Garden Suite which is ideal for families or friends as there are two large rooms, set in a very pleasant and well-tended garden. There is another similar suite available, as well as rooms in the house itself. The hosts, Sue and... More
