I recently stayed at Kantara with my partner and young son for a weekend break. On arrival we had such a warm from the owners, Rose and Phil, and felt very much at ease. i have stayed at kantara on quite a few occasions now, and as always my stay there has been superb, mr and mrs stone are always very inviting and will go out of their way to make sure my stay is enjoyable, the room is always cleaned to a high standard as is the en suite, i would recommend this... more
I stayed at Kantara for one night, and to be honest I was quite relieved to leave in the morning. The only reason I actually stayed the night was because I was going out for the evening shortly after I arrived, and there wasn't time to look for anywhere else! The main issue was the room. Management responce, We have been very distressed to receive this complaint. It has been taken very seriously Especially as we feel it is unfair and doesn't reflect the service and care provided on a day to day basis at the Kantara. we always check guests have had an enjoyable stay. and this guest was no exception. Guesthouse is situated in a quiet, residential area. Stayed for two nights in a triple room. Room itself was adequate for a short stay. Bathroom was however very small. I definately recommend kantara Guest House to anyone who wants to enjoy Bournemouth - Very good location ... max 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the very center of Bournemouth. - And also ... , 2 gardens in the immediate surrounds. - Very good price... more
