First off - if you love chocolate this beautiful little hotel is a must, even just to tick off the list! My partner and I booked a weekend late last summer (I'm afraid the review may be deemed a little old but from what I can gather, little has changed since and this is a positive!) We received a very... More

Good welcome when we arrived. Room was clean and comfortable. We booked the chocolate fountain and enjoyed the strawberries and marshmallows to dip in it. Plenty of chocolate treats available. There was a good choice for breakfast, cooked to order. Hotel is not too far from the town to walk to. Would return here again if in the area

We spent 3 nights here after a few days camping in the New Forest. It's a very nice little hotel, plenty of parking available - and plenty of complimentary chocolate buttons!! Set back a little from the West Cliff it's a great place to stay with easy access to shops and beach. We stayed in one of the Suites which... More

Stayed her with my boyfriend for a two nights stay at the end of July. Hotel was in a great location 5-10 minutes walk from the shops and the sea front. We stayed in the seventy-percent room we were a bit worried at the start as this was on the ground floor right next to the entrance, but this did... More

Came to Bournemouth as a last minute getaway with my partner and saw this advertised as a deal. The idea of a hotel that specialises in chocolate was intriguing, and the deal was a good discount so booked it. The building is set in a quiet road in the Westcliff area, and just ten minutes walk from town (tip -... More

Just returned from a four night stay here with my little girl. Being our second visit I told my daughter what to expect and she was not disappointed. She loved it and was sad to leave. Gerry and his wife are very friendly nice people who made our stay unforgettable. A great family run feel to the place and feel... More

Enjoyed a lovely 3 night break at the Chocolate Boutique Hotel. The room was clean & well equipped. Bed extremely comfortable. The room was very warm (fan provided was broken). Rather small & an awkward shape. Chocolate'a'plenty, but not over the top. The staff were friendly, but a little inconspicuous. Breakfast was good. Marked down on a few things (plastic... More

We had a pleasant welcome. We stayed in room 14 the Maya room. The room was done out nicely although a couple of things needed replacing just looked a bit tired. The ensuite was done out lovely, a little on the small side but for a night stay was adequate enough. The room was very warm and would suggest having... More

I've stayed at this hotel with my husband and 8 months old daugther last weekend. We've booked in for 2 nights through Bookings.com. First of all the hotel was advertised as child-friendly. It is not. They didn't even have a cot, we had to take one which anyone with a small baby would know what hassle it is along with... More

We have to agree with the comments made by Serena E regarding the information and photographs on this hotels website. We stayed in Room 8 (booked as a deluxe room) this room was much smaller than expected and very dark having only a small window in the corner of the room which looked out onto the car park, 2 sheds...
