Found this lovely little place by chance whilst visiting friends in Westbourne. It is clean, decently decorated, comfortable beds, very close to the town centre, and the beach. 5 - 10 mins walk to each. Reasonable priced considering location, breakfast and comfort. The owners are friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again happily.

The Cleveland is everything you need in a bed and breakfast visit. Perfectly clean and tidy hotel with a warm and friendly welcome. Beautiful cooked breakfast and nothing is to much trouble. So much nicer than a chain B&B, were your just another number. Your treated in this hotel like an honored guest.

My husband and I stayed at the Cleveland Hotel on Boxing Day night when visiting family in Westbourne. On arrival we were left standing in the hall way (after ringing the bell) for some time, whilst hearing an animated conversation from another room. This turned out to be the hotel owner on the phone to his mother (as he told... More

We picked this hotel because of the proximity to Westbourne. It is a lovely period property with a grand hallway and staircase. There was half a dozen parking spaces on the forecourt outside the hotel. We booked one standard double and one small double (for single occupancy) for two nights. The rooms were warm and comfortable and overall decoration in... More

We found the quality of the accommodation good and the breakfast good quality too. Initially very happy with service we received. Our room was only set up for one person (one towel, mug etc) but this was easily solved. Unfortunately the door was sticking on our room and required a very abrupt pull to dislodge it before exiting the room.... More

We stayed in The Cleveland Hotel for 3 nights over August bank holiday weekend and it was a great find. Clive was very welcoming and helpful. We'd booked at the end of June and managed to secure the last room, which was probably one of the smaller ones as it was on the 2nd floor. However, it was spacious, had... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. One of the best mini breaks I have had. This hotel plus my partner made our break unforgettable. Owners were lovely, made to feel at home. Very comfortable, clean and breakfast was lovely. We both said we would come back and we will :)

This B&B was a real find, located a short 5 minute walk from numerous restaurants and cafes and a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful yellow sand beach. It is a little further to the centre of Bournemouth and to the pier - possibly a 20-25 minute walk. We had driven around trying to find somewhere for the night but... More

This hotel was found by me by accident as I was actually looking for somewhere else! It was lucky for us that I found it. We were lucky to get in as it was fully booked on the Friday and Saturday but we wanted to stay on the Thursday so again, lucky for us! We were greeted at the door... More

This was a lovely find and we spent a very enjoyable weekend there recently. It is actually a BandB but feels more like a hotel. The whole place is immaculate and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good with choices of cereals and full English etc. I believe there are about... More
