Had to go to Bournemouth, just picked the hotel at random, and was more than happy with it. Service was first class location was good. The price we paid for just the one night and breakfast included we were really pleased.

Well situated 5 - 10 mins from the bustle of the town centre, nice hotel for what we paid, lovely staff, clean rooms and bathroom, excellent power shower, more than adequate cooked breakfast. Very good value for money, would recommend. If you require luxury then pay luxury prices I say !

Just returned from this hotel, arrived early and was given a room straight away by a very pleasant man on reception. Room was a double overlooking the front of the hotel. Very good location for sea front and shops. Breakfast was fine welcomed as soon as you arrived for breakfast, always asked if we wanted cooked breakfast, toast brought to... More

Having stayed in several hotels, this has to be the worst one yet. Booked a Twin, and given a double with a small sofa bed made into bed, asked to swap for a twin as requested when I made the booking and was offered another room outside of the property in the basement. This was cold, and smelt of cigarette... More

Its the principle, as never been... More

I booked this hotel for my partner and two friends when they went to see a concert in Bournemouth. I emailed the company through booking.com when booked it as had a few special requisites. I was promptly emailed back with a reply saying this was all fine and extremely helpful. I had read bad reviews and was worried wouldn't be... More

Having travelled the world extensively this place is one of the worst we have stayed. All the staff were obviously trained at "Rude School" Many items of dissatisfaction are quite trivial but the main issues started with the reception attendant demanding a 250 pound bond on the 4 rooms I had booked, consider we were 3 couples ranging in age...
