I stayed here for three days at the beginning of the winter. It was a last minute thing and I chose it from photos and reviews. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet and pleasant. No problems whatsoever. The breakfast was really good, as much as you wanted, in fact too much for me. I could park directly in the front... More

We visited Bournemouth this winter for a weekend. Although the value for money was ok and the breakfast was freshly cooked there were some things that need to be mentioned. The hotel seems to be renovated and the decor is modern. However there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The hotel did not provide any shampoos and there was... More

I must admit reading some of the reviews on here I wasnt looking forward to staying there. On arrival and walking into the reception area i was totally overwhelmed by the modern decor and the friendly welcome by the receptionist. The room i was allocated was on the first floor and again freshly decorated , clean and comfortable , the... More

I booked this hotel for one night after Christmas to visit family in Bournemouth. However, my baby was very unwell and he ended up hospitalised on Christmas day and Boxing day... My husband and I had sleepless nights with worry whether he would be OK, we were also concerned for our other two children who had to stay home (with... More

I must admit i was dreading staying here after reading some recent reviews but upon entry we were greeted by a helpful lady, the rooms are clean and breakfast was a hot buffet. Couldnt find a fault and just a 5quid taxi fron main bars/clubs. More

Very very poor so called hotel. Very noisey all night! Doors slamming, people shouting. Beds filthy, uncomfortable and falling apart. Shower leaking all over the bathroom. Breakfast dreadful, bacon and sausage cremated, shell in scrambled egg, cheapest of everything. Reception staff awful, with a dreadful attitude. Worst hotel ever! More

Based on my experiences I have to question the authenticity of reviewers who rated this hotel as "Excellent". The all-you-can-eat breakfasts these reviewers raved about were no longer on the menu when I stayed there last week. In fact there is no menu. We were asked if we wanted cooked breakfast. Minutes later they plonked two smallish cooked meals with... More

I have travelled all over the world and stayed in some great and not so great hotels but this really was awful. I chose the hotel because of what appeared to be a reasonable price and a good location, the location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. I waited to be checked in for around 15... More

Unlike other reviewers I found the staff helpful and friendly, especially the (Polish?) lady who works on reception - she was excellent. I would usually stay in Poole or Sandbanks but absolutely everything else was fully booked due to the Bournemouth Air Show. This was all we could get as a last minute booking. The place is in a good... More
