I have just returned from a two night stay in a family room. I was dubious about staying after reading the comment " worst hotel in Bournemouth!"! But as I work in a 4 star hotel I know how people can very much exaggerate and also blow things well out of proportion I wanted to decide for myself and take... More

From the moment of booking, all staff were very helpful. The hotel is relatively basic but clean and functional. Our room had all we needed (clean beds, towels, kettle, hairdryer) including air conditioning. The bathroom was small but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. The staff made every effort to help. I asked one evening... More

# 3 floor building and no lift. # We were given a room with a bed that is actually is a convertible sofa with a split in the middle. Within minutes of arriving we brought this to their attention the staff member was making sure we didn't touch the room. Sounded like it's a condition to be offered a replacement... More

Away with business and required a last minute hotel. Poor quality hotel that was found to be falling apart, unclean with appliances (air conditioning) unserviceable. Cancelled second night but still charged full price due to a 48hr cancellation policy! Not recommended.

The toilet didn't flush properly, the room had damp patches and the door to the bathroom didn't fit so it couldn't be closed properly. Anyone elderly should now the lift doesn't work but bearing in mind the woeful upkeep of the hotel the fact you can't use it is a good thing otherwise there is every chance you'd get stuck.... More

Just back from a conference in the Marriott in Bournemouth. Needed a cheep hotel close to that location for 4 nights and to be fair thats what I got (and nothing more). But boy was I happy when I walked out the door for the last time.....secure in the knowledge that I will NEVER return. It is old and smelly... More

My sisters an I booked two nights at this Croham Hotel for leisure, on the arrival we were given a tiny room with one double bed and a single bed with an uncomfortable dip in the middle, we complained about that single bed and we were told at the reception that it is a sofa turned into bed and they... I cancelled my booking at the Corham Hotel on Tuesday night for a Thursday booking (online and by email). I explained that we had made a mistake in booking (my wife thought we were taking a ferry from Bournemouth when in fact we were booked from Newhaven) They said they had a 48 hr cancellation policy and took my money,...
