Hopefully my title will tell you that I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel! Upon arrival the car park was full however they had a few more spaces rond the side however if you own a car bigger than a Fiat punto you may struggle to get in their parking spaces. The reception welcome was something out of... More

Where to begin, I read this hotel was wheelchair accessible. Which is why I booked it. I booked 4weeks in advance stating I needed. Access and a bath. They never got incontact (only the day before to take the full amount out of my account) when I asked if my request have been met the rude man on the phone... More

Never stay in this hotel it is the worst experience ever you pay for parking and wifi I've never seen a hotel that charges for WiFi in my life the parking spaces are so small yet they charge. Its the worst hotel in Bournemouth.

Stayed here recently, and after reading the reviews we were pleasantly surprised. The room had been recently decorated, and although quite small was all we needed for a one night stopover. It was clean, quiet and had everything else you could want-tea/coffee making facilities, new LCD TV etc. It was also a short and pleasant walk to the beach and... More

Small cramped car park which is charged for. Bedroom was a large family room with plenty of room. Basic facilities but ok for a night. Room on top floor though and lift not working. Bathroom cramped. Our daughter went in when we got there to go to the loo, lifted the loo lid and there was a huge number two... More

I don't even know where to start. It charges the same as a good hotel but It's impossible to sit on the toilet unless your right leg has been amputated so you have to poo in the bin. There is no AC, there is barely enough room to move without injuring your knee, your head ... Or worse. The staff... More

My grandmother and I booked this hotel to stay in for a lovely weekend break in Bournemouth. On arrival, we were told that the lift wasn't working and that our room was on the third floor. Because we were staying for 4 days, we had a small case each which no one offered to carry up the endless flights of... More

I have just returned from a two night stay in a family room. I was dubious about staying after reading the comment " worst hotel in Bournemouth!"! But as I work in a 4 star hotel I know how people can very much exaggerate and also blow things well out of proportion I wanted to decide for myself and take... More

From the moment of booking, all staff were very helpful. The hotel is relatively basic but clean and functional. Our room had all we needed (clean beds, towels, kettle, hairdryer) including air conditioning. The bathroom was small but spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. The staff made every effort to help. I asked one evening... More

# 3 floor building and no lift. # We were given a room with a bed that is actually is a convertible sofa with a split in the middle. Within minutes of arriving we brought this to their attention the staff member was making sure we didn't touch the room. Sounded like it's a condition to be offered a replacement... More
