We visit bournemouth regularly and on this occasion booked last minute so ended up here. The horror. Rooms are completely dilapidated, bathroom is a cupboard, pillows are waifers (despite several attempts to get more, we had one waifer each), swimming pool and parking are extra, staff are clearly not happy in their work. With many, many lovely hotels in Bournemouth... More

I'll start with the good things, it's clean and the staff are very efficient and friendly better than some of the more expensive hotels I have stayed in. It does have a good location right next to the sea front which is a stones through away from the pier and shops but not much of a view of that from... More

Dreadful hotel, miserable staff customers complaining left right and centre, food was cold, room basic and very dated, carpets throughout the hotel are filthy, only plus would be 5 minute walk to the beach!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, thankfully it was only for one night, there is no way I could stay any longer. The hotel is dated, we had a dressing table that was covered in a white powdery substance, marks and damp on the walls and even worse feaces smeared on our toilet seat! For nearly a hundred pounds... i will start with the food as that was the only thing half decent, 3 course for what you pay isn't so bad BUT!!! no air con in really hot rooms, windows to open onto a four court which was more like an ashtray so no sleep as couldn't rest due to sweating all night, went there as was working... I found this place terrible! I go to Doraet a lot so therefore new the area well, and love the location. But the hotel was horrible, grubby, and unwelcoming. The prices were average but too expensive for what we got. My room suffered from damp and had safety hazards all over the room. The bathroom was disgusting! Moldy corners, blocked... More

Absolutely awful, spent two nights in a shabby room with paint peeling off the window and fag ends piled up outside the window. The decoration is dated, the furniture is dated, the room number 124 was tiny and it was claimed to be a double. Take a look at the threadbare carpets, and the additional £3 per night to park...
