I was very very shocked withg my stay at this supposidly reccomended hotel. My guests were advised clearly to park in a space in the car park ,and told it was ok to keep their keys. I am puzzled what others are saying about this hotel. I stayed a month and had good food and good service for a good price. I stayed in 3 different rooms (including the 'balcony room' #205) and all were well maintained. Management was accommodating, helpful and polite. The only negative is the park is noisy evenings. more

Easy to get lost in this tall and narrow hotel, winding staircases and not very thick insulation between rooms, so it always sounded as though people were entering the room! Booked via local coach company, BB & EM, the hotel has an excellent location in centre of town, and we had a VG room overlooking gardens, the downside of the holiday was the poor quality of the food. more

Only stayed for one night as we were going to the BIC conference centre for a concert. Great location. Nice clean room overlooking the park. Staff were all very friendly the days that we were there. Good value for money compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the area. more
