This Travel lodge delivered almost everything that was expected, booking in was extremely easy and quick with plenty of parking space available and in a good location. Questions about the Carvery/ Pub next door were answered in a polite and friendly manner by the receptionist. The reason the star rating is reduced slightly is the room I had was next... More

Clean hotel no noise friendly & accommodating staff. Hotel was having refurb during stay and any inconvenience was minimal. Reception were good about giving us more tea and milk and best of all 12pm checkout.

We stayed here for 4 nights before a wedding, the location was chosen for primaryly price and proximity to the next door restaurant. We were pleased to find the large park opposite with leisure centre, Tesco Supermarket a short walk and another restaurant the other side of the roundabout! Staff were pleasant enough and rooms made up daily.

This Travelodge should not be used over the next few weeks whilst the building work is carried out. They were working until two in the morning and from 7.15 in the morning. The staff were did their best, but everything was out of their control

I stayed in this hotel with my husband and young son. The room we were in was poor, the curtains didnt close properly so it let the light in (not good for a toddler!) the bathroom wasn't very clean, the toilet roll holder was coming away from the wall and the 'hot' tap was missing the part that said 'hot,'... Spent a few days here, stayed in an attic room with the dreaded sloping ceiling but found it to be a cosy experience rather than a cramped experience, there was more than enough light from the window and not a lot of noise where it faced on to the car park, I didn't manage to try the Toby Carvery but... I've stayed at all the travelodges in Bournemouth and this I have found the best. We had a family room and my children both had a bed each rather than the old bed settees which was a nice surprise. The room was clean and seemed refurbished and freshly decorated. Flat screen TV, nice shower, clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Ideally... More

Convenient for Bournemouth area having ample parking . Travelodge is just off a busy main road. Pleasant staff and Travelodge is kept to a good standard. Refurbishment is due in the next few weeks to improve but still quite acceptable. Would stay here agin if in the area

We booked 2 rooms as we are a family of 6. We had a room on the ground floor for 4 and our dog, and an attic room for 2. The top room had a sloping ceiling and felt small. The gutter was leaking andcthe water was hitting the window sill making quite a noise. We chose to all bunk... More
