Me and 2 friends booked this place for a nice weekend get away. When we arrived the outside looked amazing and we was really excited. When we walked in everything changed! We was horrified! We got told we would get breakfast but then when arrived said they don't do breakfast :/ we had to carry our bags to the top... More

I didn't really get any sleep the bed is so hard and uncomfortable it was turning me numb! The room is extremely dated but I suppose it is cheap. The breakfast is good though . I wont be returning and this is so far the worst stay I have had in a guesr house.

We stayed at Ingledene house for 3 days 2 nights. The room is quite small but ok. It has parking at road outside the house. Free wi-fi and breakfast is included in the price. 55pounds per night for 2 people. I would say its worth the visit since it is located in a quite road and has everything you need... More

I made a reservation by booking.com that I had to cancelled. It had no penalty. The hotel charged me one night. After 10 days waiting for my money, I had to call booking.com, and the day after I received a mail saying that the hotel proceeded that day to give me my money back, in 7-10 days I would receive... Hotel cancellation policy is as follows: We have two alternative cancellation policies that we sell with booking.com: Free Cancellation and Non-refundable bookings. Free cancellation is 25% more expensive than Non-refundable bookings. 99% of our customers select Non-refundable bookings.Mainly becuase they are sure they are coming, its cheaper and also the booking is usually covered under a travel insurance policy. We went as a group of 10 girls celebrating the end of our GCSEs and it was perfect. It wasn't too expensive and the facilities suited us fine. The location was perfect as it was a quick walk from the train station and supermarket and was a short walk to the beach which was lovely. It was also a short... More

we booked this Guest House for a one night stay before flying out from Bournemouth airport. The room was so tiny.. and the bathroom less than the size of a cupboard for £55. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep in... my suggestion would be to try somewhere else.

Stayed for a week with 14 pals for a stag do. Owners were very helpful in taxis etc. rooms were ok, and did the job. Shower was warm and bathroom adequate. A 10 minute walk into town or the beach. Breakfast was the best part of the stay, buffet cereals etc and a cooked to order fry up.

My husband and I and 23 year old daughter shared a triple room for 2 nights. It was EXTREMELY cramped, with only just enough room to get round the beds. The double bed was very hard and the mattress, duvet and pillows were old, lumpy and uncomfortable. They certainly need changing, it doesn't cost so much to do that these... More
