We were offered a room upgrade for no extra cost due to another higher grade room being avaliable. A fantastic breakfast was provided in our room because we had to leave so early in the morning. We recently stayed in Ingledene and were thoroughly disappointed with this b&b. We experienced the same problem as the other review..our full payment was taken instead of a 'deposit' as promised.
