I have been to stay at this hotel twice now and will be making another booking for this year hopefully. First visit we had it did feel a little bit like we were in our parents house but once you get to know the owners they are lovely and we couldn't help but find it all rather amusing. Our second... Comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was ok although a bit restrictive time wise. Convenient situation for getting about on foot or going further afield. Had no problem parking in their private car park but street parking is tight. Would use again without hesitation.

My Boyfriend and I stayed here over Easter weekend just for a short break. As I am only 18 and my boyfriend is 20 when we arrived I think the host was put off by us as a couple straight away and he quite abruptly and quickly laid down the rules of the B&B which made us feel slightly uncomfortable... Thank you for your review When making your booking back in January on a booking channel the room you reserved clearly states double room shared bathroom (we have 12 rooms, 10 en-suite 2 shared bathroom) this was also printed on the written confirmation sent to you.We can only reserve the room type you chose and would politely suggest that in... A well appointed room and an attentive host made for a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately we thought the communal areas had a stale, musty smell, but other than that can't really fault it, the breakfast was excellent.

I stayed here for one night and had a great time. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely. It's a great location, an easy walk to town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Bournemouth.

My partner and I stayed here once again. It is a perfect location, very close to the town but without the noise of being in the town. Spotlessly clean, nice and warm rooms, wonderful breakfast and great hosts. Always made to feel very welcome from the minute you arrive to the time you depart. We will be back in the... More

Just got back from a lovely weekend away. The Newark was just what we were looking for. Immaculately clean, lovely breakfast and helpful, friendly owners. We'll definitely visit again. Hayley & Louise.

Before reserving your room for New Years Eve I take it you looked at our web site and viewed all photos which are accurate. When you arrived I personally escorted you to park your car then returned with you back to reception where I then proceeded to carry your luggage to your room while you checked in all done professionally... Really nice hotel, clean, quiet, lovely rooms. Not far from the beach and town centre. A really nice place to stay for a weekend away. Great cooked breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended, I would stay here again.
