Had a weekend break at this hotel. We had a very comfortable room, lovely breakfast and helpful staff. We were particularly impressed with the size and cleanliness of the hotel swimming pool. Also the hotel has a pub, a restaurant and a coffee shop so lots of choice for where to eat.

Yesterday we stayed at this hotel, the room was very tired and in desperate need of a make over. There was a hole in the bathroom plasterboard, pain peeling off the door frame surround and make marks and scratches on the walls. In contrast this hotel has one of the best swimming pools, and leisure facilities that I have encountered.... More

Stayed here for two complementary nights due to it being our first wedding anniversary. Cant really fault the place. I was a little worried after reading reviews prior to our visit but our experience was fantastic! Nice tidy room, breakfast choices were great, just outside of town but we didn't mind as getting in and out during the air show... More

Just returned from a short 2 night break with my family. I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. Having read reviews before we booked we went with an open mind. The hotel offered all the facilities that a family would want. The only issue i had was we booked a family room as we have 2 children. There... More

Stayed in the hotel for one night as a stop gap, we knew where the hotel was and suited us but is not near to Bournemouth per se, but is useful for getting into the car and traveling to Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch within 20 mins or so. Walking distance to hospital. Nice rooms and good gym. Aimed at the younger... More

We booked 4 rooms for 3 nights over the August 2014 bank holiday, two double and two family rooms. We were charged more for the family rooms which had kids under 3 yrs age, however, all the rooms were identical. The only difference being that the sofa's in the family rooms were opened up to become beds. Could not understand why... More

Stayed here for 3 Days whilst visiting family locally. First time at a Village Hotel but really enjoyed it. Everything on hand, great Pool and Gym and all the staff were excellent. Didnt eat here other than Breakfast so cant comment on the restaurants, but Breakfast was very good but a few improvements could be made, get some Cereal dispensers,... More

We have just completed our 4th or possibly 5th stay here and once again all of the staff went out of their way to make it a great experience. From check in to check out everything was just fine. The restaurant staff remembered us from previous visits and were more than happy to accommodate my wife's dietary requirements. We ate... More

We normally always stay at most urban village hotel around the country but this hotel is by far the worst one i have been to. I paid £120 expecting great service but it was quite the opposite. On arrival we noticed the throw over on the bed was dirty looked as if they did not bother washing it. I was... More
