We enjoyed our short visit at the Balincourt Hotel very much. The room was lovely, bed very comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. The food was excellent. The location is good, walking distance to the beach and not far from town. Everything was 5 star. Thank you for making us so welcome in your lovely hotel.

Nice good sized and comfortable room, good food, quiet, internet, good size TV, good biscuits, free bottled water and good range of hot drinks available, large enough bathroom with good towels . 1st time in bournemouth,disappointed with the hotel,we have stayed in better 3* hotels.didn't feel we were welcome,the hotel is clean the breakfasts were good but for a 5* we expected better,if you wanted the bar you had to ring for service !! didnt eat dinner in the hotel went across the road to the Lynton at least we were made... My Wife and I have stayed a number of times at this hotel and have never been disappointed with the accomodation, which is comfortable and just right for a holiday break. We stayed here over New Year's Eve and had a lovely stay. The hotel is more like a good quality B&B, so be a bit careful if you are expecting a 5* luxury hotel with swimming pool, restaurant etc - it's a lovely place, but it doesn't have those facilities! I was terribly disappointed as I was expecting a much nicer room. The hotel itself was clean, tired looking in some places. Not much response from the owners. Not even a good morning in the breakfast room. Food was good, location good. Wouldn't go back, think for the price, it wasn't a particularly good stop over.
