We stayed at the hotel with a baby and 2 year old. We had been in the car for 3 hours and our todler was fit to pop with energy so was a real pain when we arrived. The staff Alan and Agnes couldn't do more to help. They sorted out the rooms so they were just right for our... more

We spent almost two weeks researching good value but clean and quiet hotels. We stayed for 1 night with our 3 children. The owners of this Hotel are very passionate about what they do and this certainly shows ! Upon arrival we were offered Tea/Coffee in the beautifully decorated sitting room. We had a large room with ensuite (topfloor), king... more

We stayed in a very light clean, comfortable room, within a hotel that is in a good location. There is a large window during which breakfast is served, so no need to rush in the morning.Friendly staff with good amentities, we would certainly recommend, and stay here again. more

We're so pleased we found this place. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. Alan the owner was very attentive and clearly takes pride in the service he gives. The room was amazing, better than we had imagined. Another guest suggested we eat there and we were not disappointed, the food was wonderful! Im... more

After searching through various sites we chose the East Cliff Cottage due to the number of good reviews, and we were not disappointed!! We arrived at the hotel on a Friday afternoon and were greeted by the wonderful smell of a real open fire, which was roaring in the lounge, and were immediately offered tea and coffee before being shown... more

We have stayed at East Cliff on several occasions now,and each time we have been well looked after. You are greeted with a pot of tea or coffee before you are shown to your room. We have had different rooms all have been clean and comfortable, with fresh fruit and chocolates, toiletries in the bathroom. The food served is second... more

We stayed at the East Cliff Cottage as a last minute break. The hotel is very welcoming and clean. The breakfast was served to order and was great. The children enjoyed the large televison and the lounge area was very comfotable. The rooms were nice but unfortunately as we had booked last minute only the smaller rooms were available, but... more
