We came here as part of a Saga holiday over the Christmas break (4 nights). On arrival we were offered no assistance with our luggage and the receptionist misdirected us to the wrong room for our lunch on arrival. The bedroom was large (good) but had very little furniture and insufficient drawer and cupboard space for our clothes - we... More

Great stay at a proper hotel which included the facilities sauna, pool, lift, safe-deposit. The en-suite included a bath as well as shower and good provision of beverages. Pleasantly, it is quiet and you do not hear other residents when in your room. I did have to ask for shower gel and shampoo when I ran out. Staff at reception... More

The hotel is very warm, friendly & welcoming. Very clean. No problems hearing other residents either as very quiet. The swimming pool. steam room & sauna were fantastic but weren't able to make use of the gym room as did not take clothes for it. It had newly been done. Breakfast was very plentiful & set us up for the day.... More

Booked as a deal, so good value for money. Tiny room and miniscule en suite, but that said, immaculately presented and beautifully clean. Friendly, well-informed staff. Ample breakfast, also ate in restaurant one evening and the food was very good - portions were generous. Hotel has a spa and pool, which looked wonderful, although we didn't sample it's delights! So,... More

Room a little basic but functional. In fact our bed had a busted foot, but was otherwise perfectly clean and comfortable. This been Bournemouth there tends to be the oldies tours or hen/stags. This was definitely more of a older persons hotel, which in our case was probably a good thing. Breakfast was an additional 8 quid or something, buffet... More

We decided to get to Bournemouth to celebrate a bday and we got this place for the spa and the location. The first impression wasn't bad, the reception was big but here we go, the receptionist was not nice at all, without saying anything we went straight to the room.... High ceilings but really poor & old furniture.. The room... More

Myself and a friend stayed at this hotel for two nights and were very impressed. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, the rooms are neat, tidy and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was powerful, a great way to wake up in the morning! There were many Christmas parties taking place during our stay, however the noise... More

We stayed here for two nights, the room we had was enormous and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and well appointed, it looked quite newly done and the shower was great. The public areas of the hotel all looked very clean and recently decorated too, very impressed with this hotel. Only one 'small' thing to mention, the swimming pool... More
