I stayed for one night. Having booked a single room I was pleasantly surprised to find a double en-suite room waiting for me. The staff could not have been more helpful and the Dutch lady on reception was a delight. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked the hotel in October with seaviews+ Balcony, the balcony i`m afraid was a waste of money there are no table or seating on the balconys and no partition. Otherwise we had a good 4days stay, the room large and we had great seaviews, the breakfast was good(buffet)and staff friendly, a good place to visit is corfe village and castle with... More

We thoroughly enjoyed a 2 night stay at this hotel and nothing was too much trouble. We had a warm welcome from the start and were given a lovely big double room on the side of the hotel overlooking the sea. The deal was for 2 nights b&b with dinner for 1 evening. I'm a person who enjoys going out... More

The reason for the weekend break was family and it was fantastic, it's a shame the hotel is looking a tad tired inside, although the facilities are good and the views from a sea view room were fantastic. It's a shame our family evening meal was messed up but our waitress was lovely all the staff seemed to be very... More

If you are looking for an average place to stay then I'm sure this would be great. But unfortunately when I booked the four star hotel I expected a little more luxury and wouldn't recommend it based on the deluxe double room I booked. Positives: Good customer service Free parking which isn't advertised Booked us a taxi into town Good... More

After staying in a lot of rubbish hotels in Bournemouth finally found one that is a pleasure to stay in! Would definitely recommend. Clean and comfortable rooms at a good price, don't bother looking for any other hotel in the area.

Had a wonderful long weekend stay.Stayed in a sea front room on the first floor on a dinner, bed+breakfast basis. Meals were of a high standard and service very efficient. Cleanliness good and quality of our room was excellent. Would revisit. Mark and kate

Booked in this hotel for a weekend. Paid for an upgrade of sea view room. The Room:- 2nd Floor Was not a sea view but facing the building opposite also had a connecting door to the next door which we didn't pay for. Went to reception to state we weren't happy and as we paid for an upgrade we expected... More

Plenty of free parking, and wifi included. Our room was fine, and clean. The negative points were 1) Our room had a connecting door, and you could hear everything in the next room. We met a fellow visitor, who said that he had the same noise problem, and he didn't have a connecting door. 2) There was only one lift,... More

Relation came down for a two day stay. On arrival at hotel she did not realise the room would be on a higher level with steps. After chatting with the manager he rearranged for her to stay in a accessible room. The staff were helpful and the manager excellent (Paul) She enjoyed her stay here and would stay here again.
