All I can say is that this is one of the most Hospitable place I have been for a long weekend. We parked up and I thought what a hole….well what can I say…the rooms where ok, and the owner / bar man Eddy was the lime light of the weekend. We where made welcome and the bar was ours... more

If you're looking for a good budget hotel, then you won't find one better than this. Yes it's a bit dated, yes the rooms a little tired, but the team on site are realy helpfull, the breakfast was hot and the services was good. Eddy the late night bar tender was great, good company and allowed us to drink the... more

I'm not going to claim that the Manchester is the greatest hotel in the world. But I didn't pay for the greatest hotel in the world. The room was small, but had a shower, toilet, towels, small TV, bed, tea and coffee. It seemed fairly clean, but there were patches of damp on one of the walls. The bed was... more

Hi there, I´d like to share my experience with Manchester hotel. I was working there through this summer and I can say that I would never stay in this hotel if I were a guest. The rooms are horrible, dirty and all the equipment is old-fashioned /small exception are rooms 100s used for coaches/ due to heavy cost-cutting. The rooms... more

The rooms are a bit run down and very basic but it is a 2 star so wasn't epecting too much and it wouldn't be the place to stay on a romantic weekend. Finding the rooms was like a bit of a maze adventure! The room was clean and the staff were friendly and accomodating. more

Found this place after going from hotel to hotel to find out everywhere was fully booked...this place had space, so after spending a little time deciding to stay here we went in. The staff were nice, but the hotel was very run down and dirty. Went to the room and and walked into a very stale / rotten smell, which... more

After reading the reviews on here I was expecting a 2 star in Beirut. What's the matter with people? Yes it is dated and very basic, but I found it clean, the staff friendly, a 24 hour bar and excellent location. I would have to agree that I would not have stayed here if it had not been for the... more

What a dump of a place. Without exception this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, if you haven’t had a recent tetanus shot you might consider somewhere else. Most of the fittings in the room are broken and the hotel is over run with stag and hen parties at the weekend. The breakfast served in the hotel... more

Very, very poor hotel indeed, even for a stag do. Bathrooms were hideous, so were the other guests, ridiculous times for food and for room cleaning. I would only recommend this hotel to someone who is a big fan of the League of Gentlemen so he can live the dream for a night. I definitely will never go back here,... more
