This was our third and it did not disappoint. The owners are accessible and welcoming. They ensure you are not bored as there is a variety of activities including, but not limited to, a pantomime show in the Pavilion theatre and an excursion You won't starve here and the offering is of a high quality without being unnecessarily fussy. My husband and I own a coach company and were asked to arrange a Turkey and a Tinsel holiday for a group of pensioners to Bournemouth. After researching what our guests would need and visiting Bournemouth, we settled on the Burley Court Hotel. From my very first email with Luke Hasker, the General Manager through to our departure at the... More

First thing. This hotel was very cheap when I booked 24 hours ahead of arrival. We needed just a roof over our heads just for a stopover. Considering for what I paid, I cannot rate the hotel bad as it was fair to what it costs. It was good value for money. Hotel is outdated, with old furnishing. New beds... More

My husband and myself decided to have a short break in Bournemouth for our wedding anniversary and booked 3 nights at the Burley Court Hotel. As my husband has been unwell I wanted to check a few details with the hotel so I rang them to book, after reading some reviews which were positive. The person on the hotel telephone... More

I spent one night here for a course I was attending nearby and it was perfect for me. I ended up going out for dinner and stayed out for quite some time with friends so I was ready to sleep right away. The door was locked on returning however a night duty was on and let me in within seconds.... More

Easy to find as you come into the city and with plenty of free, on-site, parking which is a big bonus as to use one of the car parks can easily cost over £20 for a weekend. Location is excellent as it's walking distance to pretty much anywhere in the city centre. Train station is about 15 minutes away on... More

My daughter and I stayed here last month for 2 nights without reading any reviews at the cost of £240. We only booked it as it had a pool and didn't realise until we asked the receptionist what time breakfast was that this cost didn't even include breakfast. The hotel looks good from the outside. It's not even bad in... More

The positives - a good b/fast, freshly cooked. Room a decent size (double) - apparently I had been upgraded (makes a change from the usual single broom cupboard that most hotels put singles in). Also double aspect. The negatives - the 'full' English was only - sausage, bacon, egg, tomato, fried bread (no beans, mushrooms, hash browns). The toilet/shower room... More

Poor customer service from all the females who done Duty on reception. One was on her mobile phone and the others had bad attitude. There was dust everywhere in the hotel. The room my sister stayed in- only half the room was hoovered. The other half was left with hair all on the floor. There was no towels. So I... More

Nothing good to say about this place but nothing too bad either. The location was good but the room was tired. The service was ok but the wifi was hopeless. All in all I'd rather stay somewhere else but the price was right (a last minute deal) and the room was clean and secure.
