Absolutely brilliant. Staff ever so helpful, rooms were massive and only a stones throw from the bic. Brilliant brilliant brilliant. Why this is only a three star hotel eludes me. Should be at leasta four! The bar is extremely welcoming and the atmosphere is buzzing!!

Pros- Nice spacious rooms ,friendly staff. Great breakfast. Free parking with barrier. Close to BIC and beach Cons- Dating decor and creaky floor boards Difficult to find the car entrance even though it is right in front of the hotel No air conditioning and the windows are very heavy to open

My husband and I stayed at the Royal Exeter as we were going to the BIC. The two guys on the front desk couldn't have been more friendly. The room was lovely and we had drinks in the 1812 bar before and after our show. One of the best hotels in Bournemouth. Will definitely stay here again.
