Just returned from a two night birthday Travelzoo break at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and the room clean, roomy and good. For what we paid it was perfect. The hotel is old and has plenty of character with squeaky floorboards etc but this only adds to the charm of the... More

Stayed here with my wife on a Travelzoo offer. I paid £69 for bed, breakfast and evening meal. The evening meal was 3 courses and was superb. Normally costs £15 each, breakfast was also superb and normally costs £10 each. That means the meals alone are worth £50. I also paid an extra £15 for a Saturday night and £10... More

We stay in Bournemouth every year between Christmas and New Year. Normally we (family of 4) stay at the Premier Inn/Travel Lodge as these generally offer good value for money for a family room, however now with the plethora of hotel web sites offering deals I thought I would shop around, and what a result! We stayed in a quad... More

Excellent location, close to Bournemouth International Centre, Bournemouth Pier, the Oceanarium, Bournemouth Lower Gardens and the Pavillion Theater. The hotel includes breakfast at a surcharge, sauna, and restaurant. The en-suite includes television with digital channels, complimentary wireless Internet access, coffee/tea makers, and hair dryers. The bathroom includes shower and bath with good supply of toiletries and clean towels. The en-suite... More

perhaps because we were on a deal and not paying full price the room we were allocated was a little noisy till about 1 am. The room (202) was nice, though not huge, with beautiful heavy curtains and a dual aspect view from windows. One out to the hotel car park (quiet) and the other out of the front of... More

Just returned from a two night stay here. Really good value for money. Very clean, lovely friendly staff & comfortable beds! Excellent location for walking into the centre of Bournemouth. Car parking was £2 per day, but we didn't mind as it was given to charity. Definitely will be going back there again.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly.room was very nice.the breakfast was great.be warned that if you stay there on a Friday or sat night the hotel noise in bedroom may be loud as there are 2 clubs joined to hotel. Don't let that put you off as you won't be dissapointed

I stay at this hotel quite often mid week for work. The staff are very friendly, location is fantastic and the bar 1812 is great and serve delicious cocktails. I don't know if it's just me but every hotel I have stayed in in Bournemouth feels like it's in serious need of an update. There's nothing wrong with the hotel,... More
