I was quite looking forward to staying here as on the website it looked very nice. However I'm afraid it does not live up to its billing. In contrast to the open fronted entrance I was expecting this hotel is squeezed onto the side of a roundabout and I had to drive around the hotel twice before being able to... More

Stayed here this Saturday night as attending a private party in the So bar. Room was clean and large if a little dated. We were warned that it might be noisy later as there are bars and live music on, this wasn't a problem and our room was directly above one of the bars. What kept us awake was the... More

This is a lovely hotel with a lovely bar and club. The hotel is situated in a good spot close to restaurants, bars, the shops and beach. Food at the hotel is lovely, the breakfast is freshly cooked and you can also help yourself to fruit, pastries and cereal. We had lunch at the hotel and that too was reaonably... More

Arrived early at hotel and parked in the hotel car park no problem although we were unable to check in early. Finding entrance to car park was a bit tricky as it is right on the roundabout. Checked into our room at time specified, room was great lovely and spacious and very clean, along with the bathroom. We were on... More

Rooms clean and spacious, all staff bar one were extremely friendly and helpful, only bad point was the lager. There was more life in the grave yard, and when I mentioned this to the bar tender I was told "there is nothing wrong with the lager" he did replace with a different lager which was equally as flat as the first... I stayed here on the Bank Holiday weekend in August and on checking in was told that the disco would be running to 1am and it would be noisy and was that okay? Not much I could do about it at that stage, so think if the hotel was genuine in being worried about whether we would mind the noise... More

Hotel was nice with lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel is attached to 2 lively bars so is noisy at the weekend which wasn't a problem for us as we were there for a lively weekend. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach and another couple of minutes to the Pavilion. It's also close to some amazing restaurants and... More

This was the second time we have stayed here when going to Bournemouth to see shows. The hotel is large and clean. The rooms are dated but very clean and the beds comfortable. Can be a bit noisy at night depending on which part of the hotel you stay in but you are advised this when booking so there are... More
