Perfectly placed for going to a show at the BIC, literally just over the road. Reception staff were friendly and efficient, allowing us to park early, but not check in early. Room was large as was the bathroom. Both were very clean. Breakfast was very good, but the service was a bit haphazard (not bad, just too many people all... More

We stayed one night as we were going to see a show at the BIC. Our twin room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and well laid out. The rooms and reception look to have been decorated relatively recently. The reception staff were welcoming and very pleasant but the older chap with glasses who served us breakfast... More

My wife and I stayed for just one night as we were going to see a show at BIC which is literally across the road. Car park is free but a bit tricky to see on your first visit as it's right on the roundabout. Hotel is large and old but pleasantly decorated, especially the public areas. Our bedroom on... More

We stayed at this hotel at the weekend as we were going to see Riverdance at the BIC, this hotel is directly opposite the BIC and is central to all locations (beach, town, Winter Gardens). This hotel was a reasonable price and was clean with lovely decorated rooms and I will certainly be staying here again in the future. The... More

We have just returned from a two night stay, Friday and Saturday night, and whilst the hotel was nice, and provided a great location, I would not chose to stay there again. We pre-warned the hotel we would be arriving late, as we were travelling some distance, and that was fine. I wish they had pre-warned us that they have... More

The hotel is well positioned (about 5 mins for beach or town) and was good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the waitresses in the restaurant. Our room, although not the biggest we have stayed in, had all we needed and was clean and quiet. The only down side was the half board menu offered... More

Really enjoyed our two night stay, with evening meal on first night. We were in room 101, noise was only an issue if the window was open. We stayed Monday and Tuesday, definately wouldn't want to be there at the weekend. I can imagine the bar/nightclub would be quite noisy Nice size room, with a massive bathroom. Pillows were rubbish... More

We arrived at about 1030 am, which we knew was before the check-in time. However, the staff were shocked we had arrived before 3 pm exactly, and did not seem able to cope with the situation. There was not a secure luggage storage area available, and the staff were not particularly nice when we requested it be stored in the... More

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent position to start with. However more importantly the hotel is spotless, the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I sadly was ill on one of the nights, and asked at reception if it was possible for a couple of slices of toast in our room, no problem... More

We stayed here for just one night in July, and were impressed all round with the hotel. I would give it a 5 star but on the basis of just one night it's hard to do that as we weren't there long enough and didn't use all the facilities. The receptionists were pleasant and professional; the room was really nice,... More
