5 of 5 stars Reviewed today NEW

Just returned from a two night stay here. Really good value for money. Very clean, lovely friendly staff & comfortable beds! Excellent location for walking into the centre of Bournemouth. Car parking was £2 per day, but we didn't mind as it was given to charity. Definitely will be going back there again.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly.room was very nice.the breakfast was great.be warned that if you stay there on a Friday or sat night the hotel noise in bedroom may be loud as there are 2 clubs joined to hotel. Don't let that put you off as you won't be dissapointed

I stay at this hotel quite often mid week for work. The staff are very friendly, location is fantastic and the bar 1812 is great and serve delicious cocktails. I don't know if it's just me but every hotel I have stayed in in Bournemouth feels like it's in serious need of an update. There's nothing wrong with the hotel,... More

I stayed here on a business trip for 1 night. The hotel is close to both the beach and the town centre although it is set on an ugly big road overlooking an equally ugly car-park. I asked for a quite room beforehand and was given a massive room with views over the town centre and onto a hot air... More

An ideal stay for an overnight if at the BIC for an event. If you do stay and have a late night and have to do the staircases and corridors to get to your room then just relish those creaks - so bad they are good.

Stayed for one night whilst seeing a show, first impression of the inside was lovely, reception staff very helpful and polite. We had booked a superior room , it was a large room with a double bed and a single, which as a couple we didn't need! Would have preferred a king size bed which is usual if you upgrade... More

This is our third one night stay at this hotel. It is every thing you need and more. The reception staff all ways make you feel welcome, the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and so warm, if anything a little to hot. We had to open the window in November, but this is not a complaint! And breakfast is perfect, something... More

A friend and I stayed for one night in November. The booking process was simple and the receptionist even thought to warn us that their may be noise from the hotel's bars late into the evening which was a nice touch. Check in process was friendly and the hotel allowed us to use their ample car park prior to our... More

I was quite looking forward to staying here as on the website it looked very nice. However I'm afraid it does not live up to its billing. In contrast to the open fronted entrance I was expecting this hotel is squeezed onto the side of a roundabout and I had to drive around the hotel twice before being able to... More

Stayed here this Saturday night as attending a private party in the So bar. Room was clean and large if a little dated. We were warned that it might be noisy later as there are bars and live music on, this wasn't a problem and our room was directly above one of the bars. What kept us awake was the... More
