Quiet friendly hotel but needs updating. Paid high rate for substandard room (109)..nothing like the pictures on web site? Small en suite, dirty carpets, small bed, had to keep moving chair so we could get to the bathroom! Room had case stand in corner but no where to set it up. Will not go back. more

Our check in was very efficient and informative, while dinner was very good, with great service and a good choice of well made meals. The swimming pool was at a nice warm temperature and the sauna was turned on as soon as we asked for it to be by the front desk team, who were very helpful during our stay.... more

We have just returned from the Durley Grange Hotel, where we stayed for 5 nights with our two children (aged 7 and 4), and we had the most wonderful holiday. The Durley Grange is a lovely, friendly hotel, the food is fabulous, both at breakfast and dinner, and the staff are incredibly helpful. There is an indoor pool which is... more

The Hotel owner and his staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I found the hotel clean and enjoyed our stay over New Year. This hotel is one of the best english hotels we have ever stayed in for making you feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble with coffee, cakes, fruit, and nibbles free throughout the day. The... more

We booked this hotel after finding the hotels own website on the internet. We got the brochure. We then booked a weeks stay. When we arrived we were given a key for room 208/9 (family room). We went up to our room which was on the 2nd floor. After the ground floor, the entire decor and carpets etc looked in... more

We booked this hotel for a weekend break. On arrival we parked our car on the the cramped car park, within two hours someone had bumped it. Our room 121 was directly over the kitchens, it was boiling hot, smelt of food and the large noisy extraction equipment was directly beneath our bedroom window. This came on at 5.00am along... more

It was as good as it has always been and we have rebooked for April 2007 to attend the Rotary Conference which is being held in Bournemouth and for another three weeks in July/ August 2007. For a two... more

I believe the hotel has 2 stars so I have given it an above average rating. I am aiming to give a thorough and fair review. My daughter and I went to Bournemouth to celebrate my mothers 75th birthday. We did not book until the end of the week and in all honesty the hotel was not our first choice.... more
