We were guests at a wedding and stayed for 2 nights. Our room was 104 which had a beautiful sea view from the shared balcony. The room was much, much larger than you get in the vast majority of hotels and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent - good buffet choice and freshly prepared cooked food. Our evening... More

I booked a deluxe sea view room with balcony for my wife's birthday. Our stay here started with fantastic service upon making the reservation and continued right through to the time of leaving. The parking is free and had no issues finding a space. We had room 104 which has a king sized bed and a shared balcony overlooking the... More

Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good, with at tentative waiting staff, nice clean and well equipped room, great views from the patio and the dining room, calm relaxing hotel. The beach and town is a short walk, great location.

Stayed one night in June 2013 in room 219. This is a typical Edwardian hotel on the seafront that caters for the older gentry. Everything was fine, the breakfast was standard but went out for an evening meal. The car park was not large but I had no problem parking. At £94 95 I think I would go elsewhere for... More

We are regular holidaymakers in Bournemouth but this was our first visit to this hotel. Hopefully it will be the first of many. Every aspect of the hotel was exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The owners are ever present and extremely hardworking, thus ensuring that everything runs like clockwork. My husband... My wife and I have just returned from a weekend away for our anniversary. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite - Room 114 - which has its own large balcony. This room is particularly good for watching the 9pm fireworks on a Friday evening off Bournemouth pier without having to walk down to the cliff edge. We last stayed here... More

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel which is wonderfully sited close to the beach but the service is non existent if you want a quick bite to eat or a drink. We sat for almost an hour waitng for basic sandwiches at lunch and no one asks if you would like another drink or directs you to the... More

A quick note to say a big THANK YOU to you all, for our lovely meal yesterday. I really was not expecting anything like that. I know that you always make us so welcome but as things had gone so horribly wrong earlier in the day I did not want to put you at a disadvantage by turning up with... More
