We arrived at this hotel late afternoon due to business commitments . There was no parking to be had at all , we ended up parking in an "overflow" car park 10 minutes up the road. The hotel reception , dining and bar areas are very nice with lovely views . We had a sea view room which was lovely... More

Has been partially refurbished to a good standard to modernise the hotel. Very nice food for breakfast and evening meal. Good value for money. Would stay again. Hotel was quite quiet even though it was busy. We were next door to a family room on 2nd floor. Rooms have balconies on the garden side. Lovely views down over the Chine... More

I went there with partner and two grandchildren. We had checked the children's menu on line and it looked good.,the reception gave us a print out as per the website so we were surprised to find that when we went to the dining room they knew nothing about it and said there was only a buffet for children. This consisted... More

The setting, grounds and public areas are lovely. A short stroll down the garden took us out through a secured gate to a quiet path which was only a minute from Boscombe Pier. The staff were very helpful and the reception happily printed off our boarding passes for our flights home 😊 and gave us helpful information about buses and... More

Just had a three night stay at this hotel with my daughter and young grandson, our rooms were spotlessly clean, towels changed daily if required, king size beds in rooms and rooms very large, Breakfast was self service but plenty of choice, the evening meals were excellent and we found the dining room staff very helpful, there was plenty of fun... We were a party of 6 adults and two babies. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Some reviews of this hotel were quite negative but we thought we would see for ourselves. We had 4 rooms. Our room had a sea view and balcony which was quite unexpected and welcome. The other 3 rooms were fine, no complaints.... More

We arrived late, about 10pm. Reception was polite and porter helped unload car. Parking was all taken and I had to drive around for ten minutes before returning to the hotel when a non-resident was leaving and vacated a parking space on the adjacent side road close to the hotel entrance. Room was a good clean standard with disabled access... More

I have stayed in this hotel a few times with my Partner as its a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are brilliant as is the small indoor pool and sauna. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean. Rooms are large but dated but adds to the charm of the hotel. Tje garden is... More

We were really impressed with this hotel. The outdoor swimming pool is heated and set in an incredible location. Food was great, both breakfast and dinner. The lift is an old style lift with manually closing cage, we loved this even though it's just a quirk in all respects. The room is rather dated, though large; and has a balcony... More

A 2 night break here was absolutely perfect. Friendly, helpful, well trained staff and very comfortable clean room. Very good breakfast buffet, and dinner on both nights was excellent. A little old fashioned in places but that only added to the charm of the place. Would definitely return.
