Many thanks for your kind review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay , although cannot understand the 3/5 score from the site when you gave maximum in all areas. We look forward to seeing you again! More

Stayed in this hotel for a weekend break. On the hotel details it states amble parking but there was a shortage & the spaces were very narrow - couldn't hardly get out of my car easily. Checked in to a double room and had to repay as the payment I made online did not count ! Room was a double... More

Many thanks for your review. Internet bookings are charged upon arrival , so although you provided your card details when booking a low price room, we take payment on arrival. 4/5 star hotels may provide a more comprehensive package as may suit your definite needs. More

I just got back from a wonderful 5 day group trip to Bournemouth. The hotel was really great. Having a bad back problem I asked the manager for a room with a bath and got one without any problems. This was the second time I stayed there but this time I spent more time "indoors". All the staff was so... More

A friend and I booked a week for a break during November. Initially we were pleased to find that our room was on the ground floor. I say 'initially' - our pleasure didn't last that long. It seemed that rooms 43 and 44 were an after thought. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, although made up with... More

Recently visited this hotel on a Christmas market weekend with leisuretime tours. Firstly to say about leisuretime what a lovely weekend from start to finish, well organised and everything went to plan with a lovely coach driver. Secondly about the hotel, did not know we were staying at this hotel until just before the trip, was surprised at the location... More

We also had a bay window which enabled us to see the sea. Room was clean with a good tele and tea-making facilities. The... More

We stayed at the Ullswater Hotel after booking tickets to a show in the Pavillion on the spur of the moment, just a week before. Not many hotels were available on Booking.com, but the Ullswater was the cheapest. We did wonder what we might find, after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, but needn't have worried! We arrived at lunchtime, and... More

Very good facilities including dining room and good food. Rooms very old fashioned with blankets instead of quilts. No toilet brush as they said it was a health and safety issue now! . Great pity it is not more current as families are welcome and the staff in the dining rooms were very efficient and charming. Not a bad stay... More
